#REVIEW – Seduced by 2: MMF Bisexual Ménage Romance (Best Friends to Lovers Book 1) by Kat Crimson

One of my hottest reads. I blush just thinking about it” ~ Books, Wine & Lots of Time

MAYA LEARNS THAT BEST FRIENDS SHARE EVERYTHING…INCLUDING HER
Happy to spend the night at home with her live-in lover, Max, Maya is surprised to find out he’s made other plans for them. Plans which include inviting his drop-dead gorgeous, tongue tying, panty meltingly hot best friend, Foster over.

Max is convinced Maya doesn’t like Foster, but thinks he can fix the problem if he can only get the two of them to spend some quality time together.

Maya’s feelings for Foster are complicated. She feels guilty for harboring an attraction to Foster, that borders on obsession, even though she’s head over heels in love with Max. And Foster’s good looks make her so nervous and flustered that she can barely manage to speak in his presence.

No matter – these things tend to work themselves out when two rock hard alpha bad boys get their babygirl sandwiched between them on a tiny couch, in front of a blistering hot porn, while plying her with alcohol…

Twinsie Jo’s Review:

I should have been writing my own book but instead I was in the mood to read something hot, short and again…hot. Well I came across this book by Kat which is free and let me tell you, it sure heated up my kindle.

Maya loves her boyfriend, Max, but is also attracted to his best friend, Foster. After a couple of drinks, their night turns into an explosion of raw chemistry, intense sex and some of the hottest dirty words from a male character I have ever read.

Bravo, Kat! Now I am off to read the next one.

#NewRelease #Review #Contemporary Chance Encounter (The Lamberts of Pacific Knoll Book 1) by Kate Vale

When Alexis McCord’s abusive boyfriend is arrested, she seizes the opportunity to escape with her young son. Now she and 5-year-old Chance are building a life in the tiny, remote beach town of Sandy Reach, Washington. Lexi is even acting on her dream of becoming a baker with her own shop—if only Hugh never finds her.

For Fletcher Lambert, distraught after the death of his wife and baby daughter, Sandy Reach is a handy place to escape his memories, away from his law office and his large, well-intentioned but intrusive family, who are watching and waiting for him to move on. He’s not sure that will ever happen.

Then Fletcher meets Chance. When he learned that the waitress serving him at Omar’s pub is the boy’s mother, sparks fly in in spite of his intentions never to get close to a woman again. Lexi feels them, too, but her mistrust of men forces her to ignore Chance when he declares that Fletcher would make the perfect dad. After all, who listens to a five-year-old in the midst of all this grown-up angst?

A New series about the Lambert family. A family that has it all, but that doesn’t mean that they don’t have issues of their own.

Lexi McCord is trying to raise her young son right and that means getting away from his abusive and theft of a father. They run while he is in prison after he was arrested for robbing a jewelry store. Their car breaks down outside of Sandy Reach, so that where she tries to change their life around. It’s taken two years, but life is finally looking up for them.
It’s been a year since the death of his wife and baby daughter and Fletcher Lambert is still not over it. He has a hard time being around his niece and nephew, almost has a panic attack when he is called to go to the ER for his little brother, and is losing clients at his office where he practices law.
His law partner has put his foot down and told him he needs to get away and finally deal with it and maybe get some closure so he decides to go to Sandy Reach for some winter fishing and so he doesn’t have to be around his family for the holidays he decides to go for a couple of months.
Fletcher meets a child alone of the beach the first day he is there. He can’t believe that a 5 year old would be allowed to be alone on the beach, let alone be allowed on the beach in the winter without the proper clothing, he learns shortly that he got away from his babysitter. It isn’t until he starts talking to the child that he realizes that he recognizes the child as the one that almost ran out in front of his car when he drove into town and that his mom his the waitress at the pub he just left. The woman that has him thinking thought that were nothing about his wife.
Lexi tries hard to stay way from Fletcher after he tries to pay for fixing her son’s coat he found on the beach after that faithful day, but she can’t. There is something in him that calls to her.
What happens next is a story of a man falling in love again, a woman learning that all men aren’t bad and it’s ok to have feeling for one, and a child that knows what he wants and how to protect his mom.
Vale does a wonderful job showing the emotional storm of a man dealing with the loss of his whole world. She also does a great job showing how hard it is to be a single parent and how hard it is to trust again after leaving a abusive relationship.
When two people learn to love again it’s wonderful and I can’t wait to see more of the Lambert family.

My mother said I wrote my first book when I was five–after I carefully copied the words in one of my favorite stories. A favorite children’s book I still have is a first edition, signed by the author, of MISTY OF CHINCOTEAGUE, perhaps one reason I included reference to it in my indie-novel, PACKAGE DEAL.

Counting my current work as a novelist, I think I’ve experienced at least five different careers, the first four providing lots of grist for the mill of what my characters do or would like to do. One example? Olivia Brown in GRANDDAD’S HOUSE is a realtor. I was one, too! And realtors show up again in CHOICES and in a new book not yet ready for publication.

I hope you enjoy my stories. I love to hear from readers.

Michelle Cross, or Shelli as her friends call her, is stuck in a rut. With all her kids off at college, this widowed mother splits her time between her charities, and lusting after men – well two men specifically: her late husband’s best friend, James, and her much younger gardener, Doyle. Desperate to resist temptation, she turns to an online dating, but fails horribly. It’s not until James suggests Club Ecstasy, that she decides to try one more time to exorcise the sexy pair from her every fantasy. Besides what could be better than Christmas in West Caicos?

After making his fortune in the dot-com era, reclusive boy-genuis, Doyle Garcia took up gardening and found his new calling. He loves to get his hands dirty, and the icing on his Tia Roselina’s cake? It also allows him to tempt the luscious Widow Cross into his bed. Unfortunately, he’s not the only one with eyes for her. While he’d been known to share fishing holes with James Redding, could he also share the luscious widow with his friend? Only time will tell when James approaches him with a plan to seduce Shelli – all it will take is a couple first class trips to Club Ecstasy, and keeping his hands off James. The first will be easy? Too bad he doesn’t realize he’s about to get a little help from a goddess who swears that there are no lines when it comes to no holds barred sex and love.

Looking for a hot ménage book? Well look no further. Just make sure you have a towel ready to wipe the drool. LOL!!
This is the second book in the Club Ecstasy series book is about a different triad.
Club Ecstasy is a island getaway where Ms. Calypso makes fantasies of three way come true.
Shellie is secretly panting after her hot as heck lawn boy and her friend tells her she needs to get away if she isn’t going to go for it.
Little does she know that her lawn boy Doyle is panting after her just as hard and with James, the man she has leaned on since the death of her husband and her son’s godfather. Not only do the guys want Shellie but they want each other too!!!
Trace does a great job at bringing the hotness with this story as well as angst. There’s also the fact that Doyle and James got hooked up with Shellie at the Club with the help of her friend. They want a forever deal while she is determined that after they leave the club the triad ends.
Will Shellie be able to let go and be with both of them? Will the guys be able to tell each other how they feel about the other?
What happens is a story of a triad finding their way and trying to make a real go after the heat of vacation ends.

Hello, and welcome to my site. I’m Dakota, an author of erotic romance (think 50 Shades of Gray – but better) and paranormal erotica. And what exactly does that mean? Well, since I’ve always marched to the beat of different drum: it means that I get to take my unique life experiences – like putting around in the garage with my dad, or driving a train when I was ten, to create worlds where the heroines aren’t necessarily June Clever, but are strong independent women who may stand on their own two feet, but long to submit to the right man. Whether it’s two friends who realize there is more than friendship between them or the sexy alien who captures his unwilling slave’s heart, sparks fly between them. My imagination has no bounds or at least none I’ve found yet!

#Review Buried and Shadowed (Branded Packs Book 3) by Alexandra Ivy and Carrie Ann Ryan

buriedandshadowed

About BURIED AND SHADOWED

The Branded Packs Series from NYT Bestselling Authors Alexandra Ivy and Carrie Ann Ryan continues with two dark and heated shifter romances…

Buried

Gibson Barton knows his Pack is on the verge of something they will never be able to prepare for: a chance at freedom. Yet when he’s finally able to open his eyes to what might be his fate, it could be too late.

As a submissive wolf of her Pack, Mandy Calhoun has always only watched Gibson from afar. Because of her fears, she hasn’t let her intentions toward him—or the other in her sights—be known.

Oliver Dare is the Foreseer of the Ursine Pack, and knows with each vision, his death is that much closer. Yet he cannot see his own future—or that of the two wolves who have been thrust into his path.

There is danger lurking in the den, and as the three learn to process their emotions and navigate their temptations, they’ll have to fight for something they never knew they had—or sacrifice it all for a purpose far greater than their own destinies.

Shadowed

Sinclair, Alpha of the Unseen Pack, is determined to destroy the Shifter Accommodation Unit. He understands that his people will never be free until the truth is revealed and their enemies are brought out of the shadows and exposed to the public. Unfortunately, the human female who has been secretly working with him has disappeared, and his priorities must shift slightly. He’s resolved to track her down, and not just because she has the information he needs.

Mira Reese isn’t stupid. She’s painfully aware that the sexy shifter she’s been working with has been using her fascination for him to gain access to the CDC computer system. But that doesn’t stop her from helping Sinclair. Not when it allows her to be close to him. But after the CDC kidnaps her, she realizes that this isn’t a game. She’s a potential savior for the future of the shifters—and perhaps especially the loner wolf who stirs her passions.

kristis review

I received a copy for a honest review.

Ok, a little back story for anyone who hasn’t read the series.
The Verona Virus has just about wiped out the humans, the only cure is from the shifters. When they come forward, they are put into compounds, collared, and branded.
With the events that have happened in books 1 & 2 the wolves, feline, and ursine shifters have all been placed in one compound.
Oh, and YAY there’s 2 stories in every book!!
Now onto Buried!!
Buried is all about Mandy a submissive wolf, Gibson the hunky loner wolf that does all the tattoos for the packs, his compound and others, and Oliver is the Foreseer of the Ursine pack.
Things are about to change for the captured shifters, but they’re gonna get rough first.
Oliver knows something is coming, but anything having to do with him he can not see and now he can not see anything about Mandy and Gibson.
Gibson has never felt the need to be around others, and now he finds out something and only two people can calm him; Mandy and Oliver. Mandy knows that as a submissive wolf that she isn’t as strong as the more dominant wolves and she’s ok with that, but there’s something about Oliver and Gibson that makes her strong.
These three finding their way together is so awesome, I’ve been wondering about Gibson for a while and I never thought that Mandy would have these two awesome men as her mates, I was sure it was someone else!!
And Oliver!! Omg!! When he showed up in book 2 I sooo had to know more!! That this triad happens is was fate!! Gibson and Mandy do a awesome job at keeping Oliver grounded with his gift, Mandy and Oliver do the same for keeping Gibson calm with his. You may wonder what Oliver and Gibson do for Mandy, they give her strength. Being a dominate wolf is one thing, but it takes great strength to be a submissive wolf that the dominants can depend on.
They’ve had to worry about the SAU, Shifter Accommodation Unit, for years and now they have to worry about a inside the compound danger too.
I did not see this danger coming at all!! Ivy and Ryan do a great job of keeping you on your toes!!
Now onto Shadowed!!
Sinclair is the Alpha of the Unseen pack. The Unseen are a group of shifters that managed not to be put into compounds and are hidden in plan sight of the SAU, some going as far as to be working for them. They are trying to find a link from the Virus to the SAU, so they can expose it and the the captured shifters released.
As the Alpha he has been leading the charge against the SAU, using means necessary, even using Mira Reese, the human that finds him attractive.
Yes, Mira from finds Sinclair attractive, but she knows he’s using her for her clearance and skill; that doesn’t stop her from trying to help.
Sinclair, mmmmm, when he showed up my heart skipped a beat. He knows that what he has asked of Mira is dangerous, it’s for the good old his people, but he’s been meeting her more than he should and now that she’s missing he’s going crazy!! If Mira was a shifter, she’d be a alpha female cause lord knows she’s the only one that Sinclair let’s call him on his shit and can get away with half the stuff she pulls. These guys back and forth is so funny and they work together so well. When they finally take down the SAU, and the persons that created it, it makes me so happy that the bad guys got what’s coming to them, yet sad that the series has come to a end.
Or is it?!?!
You gotta check it out, but definitely pick up books one and two first you won’t regret it.

New York Times and USA Today Bestselling Author Carrie Ann Ryan never thought she’d be a writer. Not really. No, she loved math and science and even went on to graduate school in chemistry. Yes, she read as a kid and devoured teen fiction and Harry Potter, but it wasn’t until someone handed her a romance book in her late teens that she realized that there was something out there just for her. When another author suggested she use the voices in her head for good and not evil, The Redwood Pack and all her other stories were born.

#REVIEW Ink Enduring (Montgomery Ink 5) by Carrie Ann Ryan #MONTGOMERYINK

synopsis

The Montgomery Ink series continues with a forbidden love between three friends and a past that they can’t escape.

Jake Gallagher knew from the moment he saw Maya that she was the one for him—it had the same breath-taking intensity as when he’d first set eyes on Border. Only life never turns out the way one plans, and now he’s falling for someone else…or at least he thinks he is.

Maya Montgomery never should have looked past the friendship she already had. Now that she has, she can’t stop thinking about Jake and what he means to her. When a mysterious stranger from Jake’s past shows up at their door, she’s forced to admit that if she doesn’t take the risk of a lifetime, she’ll regret it for the rest of her days.

Border Gentry walked away without a second glance once because of what could happen if he let go, but now he’s back and ready to see what he’s missed. He’s been on the road a long time and has seen things no man should ever see, yet once he rediscovers the broody Jake and meets the inked and fierce Maya, they’re like a balm to his soul and he realizes what path his future should take.

It will take more than sizzling chemistry and a heat that never dies for the three of them to overcome their pasts. And when someone from the outside wants to stand in their way, it’s not only their hearts on the line…but also their lives.

kristis review

Received a copy of this book for my honest review

I have been waiting for Maya’s book forever it seems and I know I say this with every Montgomery Ink book, but I can’t help it they are that good!!!
I have loved Maya’s character since she was first introduced, take charge women who does what she loves and doesn’t take crap from anyone, what’s not to love. However I’ve also been waiting for this strong woman to show her vulnerable side and I’ve finally got it. Seeing her unsure and angsty is great, it shows that this superwoman is human too.
With Maya we’ve also seen her Best Friend Jake around. Hot, artistic, inked and bearded. Hmmm, soooo yummy!! He’s been by Maya’s side through thick and thin. The adopted Gallagher in the Montgomery family.
Now we are introduced to Border. Holy heck Border!! Big, protective, Border. He left town when he and Jake were young, even though they loved each other, because he thought he was protecting him. Now he’s back for Jake and he wants to know all about Maya!!
I feel so bad for Jake’s girl friend Holly, she was introduced in the last book, because she realizes that though she wants to love Jake they don’t belong together because Jake loves Maya and even though she hasn’t said or even shown it she loves him too. Holly needs a Montgomery or a Gallagher of her own!! Hint, hint!!
I love when Ryan writes about a triad, she does it so beautifully. You can really see the three separate couples becoming one. Jake and Maya, Jake and Border, and finally Border and Maya. They all have to find their way around the new dynamic of what each of their relationships are and also become one. They do it so well, not by hot heavy bedroom action, hello that helps, but by taking it day by day.
Jake realizing he’s not the brother looking in from the outside with his family is great and HELLO Gallagher Brothers, I can not wait to read more of each of you!!
Maya and Jake finally getting together after all these years makes all their friends say “About time!” Border coming in doesn’t take anything away from Maya and Jake story, it’s like he’s is what was missing; to quote Maya “He completes us”.
End in the the triad learns that for a future together they have to do more communicating and that is what any relationship needs to be able to go the distance.
I know I said it at beginning of this review but I’m going to say it again, I can not wait for Alex’s book!!
Oh, and more of those yummy Gallagher brothers!!!
