Proceed with caution.<\/p>\n Goodreads<\/a><\/p>\n Amazon<\/a><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Stating his Case by Jade C Jamison<\/p>\n I purchased this book but shhh don\u2019t tell Jade or she will be mad at me for not asking for a review copy.<\/p>\n I was looking through Jade\u2019s list of books for something different to read when I saw this book.\u00a0 It sounded good so I figured why not.<\/p>\n This book is about Samantha who meets and starts representing a client named Ryan.\u00a0 She feels a chemistry but thinks it is in her head until she sees him again.\u00a0 When she asks him out to celebrate a mini-victory, the two combust.<\/p>\n After a night of fun Samantha begins to realize she made a huge mistake because she broke ethics rules and can be disbarred.\u00a0 The two have words and stop seeing each other.\u00a0 When Samantha is thinking no one will discover her mistake of judgement, everything comes crashing down.<\/p>\n The story is pretty straight and narrow.\u00a0 You can kinda of see what is going to happen until the last chapters of the book when we get a little twist thrown in.\u00a0 I was like WHOOO DIDN\u2019T SEE THAT.<\/p>\n I liked the story and it has an easy flow about it.\u00a0 If you are\u00a0 fan of her rockers but want to try something different, give it a try.<\/p>\n Jade C. Jamison was born and raised in Colorado and has decided she likes it enough to stay forever. Jade’s day job is teaching Creative Writing, but teaching doesn’t stop her from doing a little writing herself.<\/p>\n Unfortunately, there’s no one genre that quite fits her writing. Her work has been labeled romance, erotica, suspense, and women’s fiction, and the latter is probably the safest and closest description.
