I received a copy of the book from the author for an honest review.<\/p>\n

Again Brandy never disappoints. She has a way of taking a character that I\u2019m not sure about and turning them into someone I really like. \u00a0This is exactly what she did with Kellan. Given who his parents were I just wasn\u2019t sure if I would like him or if he could be different from his parents. Boy did Brandy prove me wrong in a big way. \u00a0Zoe is strong willed and determined. She did what she had to to make sure she kept Kellan safe. But no matter what Zoe decided Kellan was determined to find her and keep her.<\/p>\n

The twist and turns this took were great and I never saw them coming. I felt what they were feeling, hurt when they hurt, was happy when they were happy.\u00a0 Their connection was off the charts and watching their bond grow was amazing. Seeing his mother get what was coming to her was great too. My favorite scenes were the water scenes and how Kellan was attracted to all aspects of Zoe. Brandy always does an amazing job the fight scenes makes you feel like you are right there in the thick of things. Then when disaster strikes you feel every part of that. I even found myself crying with them.<\/p>\n

The ending was great I cannot wait for more Brandy L. Rivers does such an amazing job with this series and the Others of Edenton series I don\u2019t think I\u2019ll ever want these series to end.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
