But then the bottom dropped out with a confession I never expected to hear, from the girl I thought I knew.<\/span><\/div>\n

I so enjoyed this friends to more story. This was a sweet read. I absolutely fell in love with Van. HE is a great guy. Kaylah is a sweet girl that just wants one guy.<\/p>\n

Van was faithful to his longtime girlfriend never once showing another girl the time of day. Then Kylah came into his life and she became a good friend. Kylah has a crush on Van but knows its hands off because 1. He has a girlfriend 2. He is her older brother\u2019s friend and teammate. So friend zone it is. Then Van\u2019s perfect world is turned upside down and Kylah is the one that is there to help him. Can they get past their friend zone to be more to each other?<\/p>\n

My heart hurt for all that Van went through. The way Van and Kylah start as friends and move to being more was heartwarming. I loved Kylah she is young, naive, inexperienced but she knows what she wants. However, she knows what she wants is off limits but she takes what she can get. The way the other guys on the team treat Kylah as their own sister Van has the cards stacked against him if he messes things up. A few of my favorite scenes was when Kylah has her one on one chat with Carver, man you gotta love Carver.\u00a0 And the other one was when Kylah enlisted the help of her brother to surprise Van but in turn he ends up helping her see that things aren\u2019t always as they seem.<\/p>\n

I am so enjoying this series and cannot wait for more of these ball players. I am so ready for the rest of them to find their distraction like Van and Cade did.\u00a0 Oh this is going to be a great game to watch.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
