I received this book from the author for an honest review.<\/p>\n

SO I took this book totally thinking it was a historical romance but much to my shock it\u2019s not..LOL.\u00a0 But that is totally ok because I loved the sci-fi edge of the novel when I realized it was contemporary.<\/p>\n

The story begins with Regina ending her mistake of a marriage to Trenton.\u00a0 She knew they shouldn\u2019t have ever gotten married and her heart with his brother BUT she didn\u2019t thin Bradford was the settle down kind of guy.<\/p>\n

The \u201crake\u201d in the title is Bradford who has a thing for his sassy and feisty sister-in-law Regina\u2026yes folks his sister-in-law.\u00a0 He is none too thrilled when she pops into his life but is keeping secrets.<\/p>\n

Regina and Bradford have great banter and they are both dancing around the emotions they have for the other.\u00a0 They both want the other but as scared to admit it out loud for fear of being rejected.<\/p>\n

The sci-fi of the story is a woman who needs Regina to help her get a message across to someone.\u00a0 That all plays into the story of Trenton and his journey, Regina and Bradford\u2019s explosive relationship and the plot twist of the story.<\/p>\n

The story is a quick read for someone looking for a different read for a rainy day like I am having today\u2026\u2026ENJOY<\/p>\n

Dawn Brower works as a substitute teacher and enjoys the flexibility it gives her to concentrate on her other endeavors.<\/p>\n

Growing up she was the only girl out of six children. She is a single mother of two teenage boys; there is never a dull moment in her life. Reading books is her favorite hobby. While she loves all genres she focuses most of her writing on historical and contemporary romance.<\/p>\n
