And though Siobhan’s body comes alive at his touch, she doesn’t know if she can trust him again….<\/p>\n Goodreads<\/a><\/p>\n Amazon<\/a><\/p>\n I received this book from the author for an honest review.<\/p>\n The story picks up where we left off.\u00a0 Siobhan moved away and is totally doing her own thing without good old Derick meddling and dumping his money all over which caused her some issues.\u00a0 Now you would think Derick would learn his lesson but nope he is back at it trying to make Siobhan happy when all he is doing is making matters worse.\u00a0 Sometimes money isn\u2019t everything Derick.\u00a0 Derick doesn\u2019t realize that love isn\u2019t what you can buy\u2026\u2026..ya know money can\u2019t buy you happiness\u2026.life lesso there old Derick.<\/p>\n I love these ladies and most of their novels.\u00a0 However, this book just didn\u2019t seem to engage me as much as their other stories.\u00a0 I am just hoping that it\u2019s because I am waiting for the last\/final book in the series for it all to come together.<\/p>\n Elizabeth Hayley is actually “Elizabeth” and “Hayley,” two friends who love reading romance novels to obsessive levels. This mutual love prompted them to put their English degrees to good use by penning their own. The product is Pieces of Perfect<\/i>, their debut novel. They learned a ton about one another through the process, like how they clearly share a brain and have a persistent need to text each other constantly (much to their husbands’ chagrin).<\/p>\n They live with their husbands and kids in a suburb of Philadelphia. Thankfully, their children are still too young to read.<\/p>\n Elizabeth Hayley’s writing motto is best captured by the words of Patrick Dennis: “I always start with a clean piece of paper and a dirty mind.”<\/p>\n We split the time on Goodreads, so those of you who have been communicating with us get “pieces” of each of us.
