It’s so captivating. I never got bored and was constantly trying to find the angle.<\/p>\n Jude has always felt a little off. A little crazy, but she has dealt with it. She is living and doing it the best she knows how. She has four best friends, two of which are guys. She has been best friends with the guys since they were very small. She has an undeniable attraction to Kane, and he with her, but she is adamant about it not going any further than friends as she does not want to ruin her friendship. Jude is working on a science project with her other friend, Frankie. The girls are looking into the existence of Firebloods. This is a race of people that have been injected with the blood of the mythical Phoenix. As the project continues and more secrets are uncovered she finds that a lot of things aren’t always as they seem. One secret is uncovered but more questions keep arising.<\/p>\n These characters are awesome! They are normal, everyday teenagers who are always into shenanigans. They are super easy to relate to and I see a little of myself in all of them. Firebloods is a completely different story than anything I have read before. I love this spin on the mythical story of the Phoenix. This is the “keep you on the edge of your seat” type of story. The story is full of twists and turns, trust and secrets, love and lies.
