I received a copy of this book for an honest review.<\/p>\n

I am enjoying this second chance series. The connection these characters have is phenomenal and Rowdy and Michele are no different.<\/p>\n

Rowdy lost his wife and freedom when he was wrongly accused and convicted of a crime. He pays tribute to his late wife in the most beautiful way. When he finds out that Michele may not be where he thought she was all these years but instead finds herself in trouble he is on the move to grant the Devil\u2019s Due.<\/p>\n

Michele not only lost a brother and her husband but also her freedom because of believing in the wrong people. She now finds herself in a world of trouble with no way out only praying someone will stay away and find her at the same time.<\/p>\n

Rowdy and Michele had my heart all worked up and my emotions all over the place. From watching Rowdy giving the courthouse the big F-you and getting special tattoos to seeing Michele trying to get by and fly under the radar with some nasty criminals had my heart aching. But to see these two get their second chance was wonderful. \u00a0I felt bad for how naive and gullible Michele was at times and wanted to give her a good shake a few times. The harder Michele pushed the more Rowdy pulled. Once this man decided on something there was nothing standing in his way he was going after it and would hold on to it with both hands. \u00a0The Devil\u2019s Due alpha men have walked away with my heart and I am ready for Deacon and Trapper\u2019s books.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Another great read from my Sister Wife. One of the things that I abso love about her books\u2026the alpha man who will do anything for his love.\u00a0 I love the theme of family and the fact that no matter how messed up they are *cough cough* Trapper, the family will be there.\u00a0 Granted they will throat punch you when needed but they will stick beside you through thick and thin.<\/p>\n

So every book we see our guy Rowdy riding through town to flip off the jail and courthouse.\u00a0 Well, now we know why.\u00a0 He got screwed by a really bad bad cop.\u00a0 Luckily, he met up with the other guys and they got to help him semi recover but he will always be dead on the inside since his wife Michele is gone\u2026or is she???<\/p>\n

Poor Michele.\u00a0 Being so young and a bit na\u00efve she didn\u2019t fully support her man.\u00a0 I mean it\u2019s her family against you and your man???\u00a0 She caved and walked away from him.\u00a0 Now it seems she has gotten tricked and got caught up in the bad stuff that got him killed.<\/p>\n

Can I say how awesome it was when he first saw her again after all the years??\u00a0 I loved that he just grabbed her and reclaimed her.\u00a0 NO MATTER WHAT!!!\u00a0 She is and will always be his heart. Now he had to do anything and everything to make this wrong right and take his woman with him.<\/p>\n

Oh sister wife\u2026..another great book with another tough, demanding alpha that all of us readers love.\u00a0 But Trapper, Sweet Baby Jesus he is going to kill me!!!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
