Their side characters were amazing for other characters in the story IE Mary.\u00a0 But to get a book\u2026.scratch that\u2026.2 books all geared to them\u2026..GAH!!\u00a0 I am so excited!!!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/twinsietalk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/Melindas-Review.png\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6161\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/twinsietalk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/Melindas-Review.png?resize=245%2C50\" alt=\"\" width=\"245\" height=\"50\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"_5yl5\">I received this book for an honest review. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"_5yl5\">Oh my it\u2019s Candy and Captain and the dynamic between these two was the amazing. Candy knows immediately that Captain is the one for her but Captain keeps pushing her away because of their age and he feels he is not good enough for her. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"_5yl5\">I enjoyed reading Captains back story even thought he went through so much it made him the mad he is. To see the soft sweet protective side he had even at a young age. He cared and held his mom and brother so close to his heart and through it all they were always there. I hope more of his past comes out in the second book. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"_5yl5\">When reading Candy\u2019s story it had me choking up and then to find out about how she got her name. Then to see what she endured before meeting Brie broke my heart. When Candy falls she knows immediately and falls so hard. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"_5yl5\">I could not set this down even though I was at a convention and my BFF kept giving me a hard time for reading. I am so ready to see what is in store for us in the next book. Candy and Captain have stole my heart. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"_5yl5\">A few of my favorites.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"_5yl5\"> \u201cI must be dreaming. A handsome man in uniform is asking me to leave work on a date? Pinch me now.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"_5yl5\">It seems I will never know the love of family or a good woman. The only people I can trust are my own men\u2014they are my family now. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"_5yl5\">\u201cWhat color for the collar?\u201d \u201cPink. I\u2019ll also need a gold chain leash with a black leather handle.\u201d \u201cNot pink to match the collar?\u201d I chuckle. \u201cThe collar is for her to wear.
