I received this book from the author for an honest review.<\/p>\n

I have been eagerly awaiting this release.\u00a0 The last book left me wondering what Kennedy\/Araneae would do.\u00a0 When she is cornered what will she do?\u00a0 Pick Sterling or will she betray him???<\/p>\n

I Could. Not. Put. This. Book. Down.\u00a0 Family be damned!!!\u00a0 The twists and turns were epic and totally in Aleatha style.<\/p>\n

Sterling is the PERFECT Anti-Hero.\u00a0 We watch this arrogant prick change with each encounter he had with Araneae.\u00a0 We see his dark becoming a little bit lighter due to her love, rose colored glasses, and constant support even when he locks her in the glass tower.<\/p>\n

Araneae.\u00a0 DAMN she is a tough cookie.\u00a0 She is never weak but maybe a little na\u00efve to how the world works even with her past history.\u00a0 When we see her push back with each command Sterling gives her and we see him bend a smidge for her\u2026sign\u2026.I mean he started to ASK not COMMAND. That is huge for him. LOL<\/p>\n

I loved how each step of the book we uncover more and more of the reason of why Araneae\u2019s birth farther did what he did.\u00a0 We start to learn more and more about her birth mother and \u201cadoptive\u201d family too and the roles they played in her upbringing. \u00a0But what I loved was the \u201ckey\u201d to everything was right where it all began.<\/p>\n

This is another epic read for me from this author.\u00a0 I can\u2019t say enough about the chemistry between the characters.\u00a0 Its so steamy and hawt.\u00a0 I loved the family element from\u00a0 Araneae\u2019s past, Sterling\u2019s past, and their present family of friends.\u00a0 I would love to see Reid and Lorna plus Winnie and Patrick get some book time *Wiggle eyes* but I am STOKED to see Mason is getting a book.\u00a0 I hope we will get a look Sterling and Araneae to see what they are up too in this series.<\/p>\n
