I received this book from the author for an honest review.<\/p>\n

WHOOOOO!!!! What a great friend to lovers 2nd<\/sup> chance story!!   This book will go down as one of my favorites by this author.<\/p>\n

Hailey and Max are best friends.  As they grow up, they see the other as MORE but both fear losing their best friend, so they never get the courage up to SEE if there is more.  As they grow up and grow a bit apart, they both travel down separate paths until Max gets Hailey\u2019s wedding invite.<\/p>\n

Max, of course, doesn\u2019t make great decisions while at her wedding and fast forward to a tragedy happening in her life a few year later.  Max realized he needs to help Hailey through it all.  He needs to be her best friend even if nothing more can happen.<\/p>\n

When Hailey starts to lean on Max, she wonders if she will ever love again.  As Max becomes her everything, she worries he doesn\u2019t feel the same way.  Thank GOD for Micah, Max\u2019s younger brother, who provides a lot of comedy plus guiding the two stubborn people together.<\/p>\n

I loved so many parts in the story and how Max was respecting Hailey but when he said some of the sweet lines \u2026\u2026.my heart melted.  These two are a great couple.  They have so much history and the fact the yare able to get over everything and start a life together was perfect reading for any romance lover.<\/p>\n

But I am DYING for Micah\u2019s book because that player needs a good woman to bring him down to his knees!!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
