I love a good shifter book and this one didn\u2019t disappoint!!!\u00a0 Whoop Whoop!!!<\/p>\n

I love a mysterious alpha who also has some scars on his heart.\u00a0 I love a strong female who wont just take orders and expects full respect and love.\u00a0 Nara and Liam fit the bill to a T.<\/p>\n

The story starts and I admit it\u2019s a little bit choppy getting through the backstory abut Nara and her betrothal and Liam being the creepy \u201cbig brother\u201d type in the background.\u00a0 However, once the background is told it does seem to flow better.<\/p>\n

Liam has always known Nara was his and once he gets her to open her eyes and SEE him for who he is, her soul mate, everything changes.\u00a0 Liam has some dark secrets and is afraid to tell Nara everything.\u00a0 His pride is something that causes issues between the two. Nara too has issues that cause the couple trouble\u2026.like her mile long stubborn streak.<\/p>\n

The backstory of Liam and the story about the war to come is a good one. \u00a0Though Liam and Nara have serious communication issues between them but they still find the love that they have between each other.<\/p>\n

I loved the story about the war that is coming and I will definitely enjoy reading more in the series.<\/p>\n
