Lauren Eckhardt – I\u2019m a mama of two incredible boys, an introvert, empath, author of young adult and women\u2019s fiction, and a women\u2019s empowerment coach.
\nI also love to cook, read, travel, boulder and try my hand in whatever creative outlet I can when I get free time!<\/span><\/p>\n

Where is your favorite place to write and what food must be present?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I’m pretty flexible on location but a must-have is chocolate-covered pretzels and wine or coffee dependent on time of day! <\/span><\/p>\n

What are you favorite things about attending signings?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Meeting fellow book-lovers! And of course sharing my books. But talking to people about books in general is so much fun. <\/span><\/p>\n

My 3-year old son telling people that I write books like it’s the greatest thing in the world (which it is). Also, finally overcoming all my introverted fears and excuses and pushing out over a decade’s worth of work in 4 books (with 1 more on the way) in 2019. <\/span><\/p>\n
