Tell us your name and then a bit about yourself.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Jane Charles. I live in the Midwest with my hubby who is a former marine and police officer. I wasn\u2019t always a reader, but when I was sixteen and stuck in the car driving back from Florida, I started reading the romance my sister had brought on vacation and fell in love. When I\u2019m not writing, I spend a lot of time at the local community theatres where I head up hair and makeup on an average of five to six shows a year. But my true theatre passion is directing and cannot wait for the next opportunity to sink my teeth into a script and watch characters come alive. <\/span><\/p>\n

Where is your favorite place to write and what food must be present?<\/strong><\/p>\n

My home office or out on the patio when the weather is nice, as in no snow or ice. Fall outside is my favorite. It’s not so much food that I need, but coffee. Lots and lots of coffee.<\/span><\/p>\n

What are you favorite things about attending signings?<\/strong><\/p>\n

First, meeting readers and second, spending time with authors that I only talk to through social media. It’s just really great to connect in person and not through a computer screen.<\/span><\/p>\n

What author would you love to meet (Who is your unicorn author)?<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n

If he were alive, Tom Clancy. Even though he doesn’t romances, his Jack Ryan series is a favorite.<\/span><\/p>\n

What author would you love to write with?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tammy Falkner. We’ve been critique partners, but we’ve never written together.<\/span><\/p>\n

What is your favorite memory so far as an author?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
