I’m AJ Renee, mother, wife, daughter, sister, and friend. I currently live in Illinois, but home is wherever my husband and kids are. I love a variety of things like reading, traveling, running, and vegging out on the couch.<\/span><\/p>\n

When you are writing, what are some go to’s that you needs? IE Foods to eat, noise level, place to sit.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

I need my hot tea. I also can’t write if I’m distracted so sometimes that means listening to music if I use it to drown out other noises or no sounds when I’m home alone.<\/span><\/p>\n

What are you favorite things about attending signings?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Meeting readers and the other authors. <\/span><\/p>\n

When you are writing, do you have a consistent schedule where you write every day at the same time or are you a sit and go on different days to get it done kinda person?<\/strong><\/p>\n

What is a schedule? HA! No seriously, I need to find a schedule, but I’ve been traveling more than usual. I try to get in my words when I can, but sometimes nothing happens.<\/span><\/p>\n

What is your favorite memory so far as an author?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Having a reader squeal with excitement when she met me.<\/span><\/p>\n

Do you have a book that is your most prized possession? What is it and why is it so amazing?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Widower’s Aura, my debut. It has emotional value to me as I wrote it during a really hard time. I’ve dedicated it to one of my best friends who passed and I miss every day.<\/span><\/p>\n
