Wow! What a ride! I really enjoyed this story as there is the right amount of gruesome and perfectly timed sarcasm to even things out, in a crazy good way. I am a zombie enthusiast, so to read a story that really is about survival and family is incredible. There is no romance here in the middle of the apocalypse. This is the journey of Dave and Pam\u2019s family trying to make it to safety. There are zombies out there, roads are blocked off everywhere, and they need to find a new vehicle as theirs is just not going to make it. About the time they get a plan together they deal with the crazy survivors that are out for blood, no matter whose it is. New friendships are made and the group gets bigger. Dave is having a lot of doubts on whether he will be able to save everyone and the doubts grow with the new additions to the group. But as things get heavy, it really comes down to family and survival. I cannot wait to continue this journey with the family as I root for them to survive and get to safety. <\/span><\/p>\n
