I received a copy of this book from the author for an honest review.<\/p>\n

OH MAN!!\u00a0 Jax Wheeler!!\u00a0 He is no Jared mind you but the man is pretty amazing.<\/p>\n

Jax and Caroline had been totally dancing around each other the last book.\u00a0 SO I was finally glad to see their story be told.\u00a0 Jax, of course is an island and doesn\u2019t need anyone\u2026typical Warrior.\u00a0 Caroline\u2019s the sweet school teacher who has a crazy outta control nurturing side.\u00a0 That same nurturing side that makes Jax Wheelers walls crumble because no one has ever taken care of HIM.\u00a0 No one had ever bandaged a cut or took the time to make sure he is ok but damn it if this human isn\u2019t making it tough to stay away from her.<\/p>\n

Caroline and Jax are at this crazy stand still in their \u201crelationship\u201d and boy did I love Sloane stepping up to the plate to make Jax put up or shut up for Caroline\u2026way to go Boss Man\u2026also looking forward to you getting your butt handed to you in the next book but back to Jax and Caroline.<\/p>\n

Mika is after Caroline for the intense purpose of causing Jax pain.\u00a0 When Jax tells Caroline the whole sorted details of the family history, sad doesn\u2019t even begin to tell you how I felt.\u00a0 Mika is just evil and needed to be taken care of WARRIOR STYLE!!<\/p>\n

Jax and Caroline had some troubles with communicating through the book but then when they can step back and see the other person\u2019s perspective, they do both grow as a couple.\u00a0 Granted you want to kill Jax for being so stubborn because let\u2019s face it, THAT Warrior is a hard nut to crack.<\/p>\n

The side stories of finding Sloane a secretary\u2026.OMG TOOOOO MUCH!!\u00a0 Plus Steve is always a there for a funny laugh.\u00a0 The vampire just hasn\u2019t learned when to shut his mouth\u2026I mean he got a detention and he isn\u2019t even in SCHOOL anymore\u2026BWHAHAHAHAH!!!!<\/p>\n

For me the book was great but I felt the ending was a smidge rushed at the ending\u00a0 The conflict at the end seemed a little bit fast and I almost thought the story was going to carry over to the next book.\u00a0 But the story is an awesome read and anyone who is a fan will love this installment!!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
