Albany Walker, mother of 4 and married to my high school sweetheart for the past 22 years. I\u2019m and avid reader turned author with a penchant for cowboy boots and pretty bras. <\/span><\/p>\n

When you are writing a book, which is harder? The first book in the series or the others after it?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The follow up books are harder for me. <\/span><\/p>\n

When writing a series how do you keep things fresh, for both your readers and also yourself?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I tend to write what I want to read, and I really enjoy a lot of sub genres as long as it includes romance. <\/span><\/p>\n

Writing can be an emotionally draining and stressful pursuit. Any tips for aspiring writers?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Write what you love. Surround yourself with people will support you, and tell you the hard truths of you need to hear it. <\/span><\/p>\n

On a typical day, how much time do you spend writing?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Writing is my full time job. I write from 9-4 Monday through Friday and still have to make time for social media and admin work. I try not to work on the weekends unless I\u2019m on a deadline or editing. <\/span><\/p>\n

Do you have a favorite character that you have written? If so, who? And what makes them so special.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Honestly it\u2019s usually the characters from the book I\u2019m working on. I love Waylynn from my Tasting Madness series. She sweet, and but still had a backbone. <\/span><\/p>\n

If any of your books were to be made into a movie, who are the celebrities that would star in it? What book and who?<\/strong><\/p>\n
