When you are writing a book, which is harder? The first book in the series or the others after it?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The ones after! Always nerve wracking to make sure it lives up to the first!<\/span><\/p>\n

When writing a series how do you keep things fresh, for both your readers and also yourself?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Switch things up when they least expect it. Change tropes. Change POVs. Throw curveballs. <\/span><\/p>\n

Writing can be an emotionally draining and stressful pursuit. Any tips for aspiring writers?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Find author besties! Find some in the same place as you writing wise, find a few that are ahead of you, and keep them forever<\/span><\/p>\n

On a typical day, how much time do you spend writing?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Not enough. But usually a few hours I\u2019d you add up all the bits and pieces <\/span><\/p>\n

Do you have a favorite character that you have written? If so, who? And what makes them so special.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Max from my Love Notes series is one of my favs. He\u2019s just a goofball that loves to make people smile and laugh. <\/span><\/p>\n
