I received this book from the author for an honest review.<\/p>\n

Oh Hammer you a$$hat.\u00a0 Oh Des you saint.\u00a0 I mean to be able to deal with him\u2026.but thankfully Tank was able to help get you hardened (not in a bad or naughty way) to the biker life.<\/p>\n

Hammer is a hard and cold guy.\u00a0 He will not fall for anyone.\u00a0 He is going to be an island.\u00a0 He is going to live life doing what he wants and looking out for his needs. PERIOD.\u00a0 Woman are a hole for a night but that is about it.\u00a0 A warm body for comfort for a few hours but that is it.\u00a0 He thinks its great Ice found Morgan but love is not in the cards for him.<\/p>\n

Des has been through one heck of a nightmare.\u00a0 Her sister visits and she witnesses her being brutally murdered.\u00a0 The Hellions come to the rescue and help protect her.\u00a0 She is part of their extended family because she was Tank\u2019s therapist after his coma.\u00a0 She needs to escape and so they hook her up with the Regulators.\u00a0 They have a BAMF who needs his butt whipped back in to shape after a mission goes wrong.<\/p>\n

Hammer sees Des and is giving her a \u201cfull salute\u201d but then thinks he sees pity in her eyes.\u00a0 He is done being nice for all of 3 seconds when Jacka$$ kicks back in.\u00a0 Des is stunned stupid by the God like man in front of her but is quick to remember this is a job.\u00a0 She must remain professional.<\/p>\n

The banter and chemistry are great.\u00a0 I love that Des gives it right back at Hammer especially after hearing him with a barfly one night.\u00a0 When Hammer realizes she is the one for him\u2026.she becomes Mission Priority for this ex secret op\u2019s guy.\u00a0 Keeping her safe and mending her heart is priority number 1.\u00a0 When the bad guys find Des, Hammer flips.\u00a0 First because she isn\u2019t safe and then because he couldn\u2019t keep her safe.<\/p>\n

Loved the guys pushing Hammer to open his eyes and especially the fact that cold, scary, killer looking guy Coal is the one who finally made the point to Hammer that Des is the one he needs in his life.\u00a0 SO operation Get Her Back is formed!!!<\/p>\n

I am telling you\u2026Coal is a scary guy but man do I wanna know his story!!<\/p>\n
