I was given this book by the author for an honest review.<\/p>\n

I met Cash and Evie in book 1 and so ready\/excited for their story.\u00a0 They had a lot of great banter which is always a great start to a story.\u00a0 I liked the introduction to the story and their \u201cMeet Cute\u201d part of the story.\u00a0 We jump right into the night when Cash and Evie \u201cget to know each other\u201d.\u00a0 It was steamy and a great start to the story. *wink*<\/p>\n

As the story progressed there were parts when I felt like Evie was over dramatic IE Blocking Cash\u2019s phone numbers.\u00a0 I also felt like Cash was a bit disrespectful of Evie\u2019s time at hockey camp IE never telling HER why he was a no show but telling everyone else.\u00a0 So there seemed to be a lot of miscommunications in the story between the characters.\u00a0 The push and pull seemed to be a lot and it got redundant at times.\u00a0 It was like 2 steps forward and then 3 back.<\/p>\n

I did enjoy the times when the characters were fully open with each other.\u00a0 I enjoyed how Cash helped her and supported her with her overbearing mother.\u00a0 I enjoyed how Evie found her spine in dealing with allllll that drama from her past.<\/p>\n

I enjoyed hanging out with Conner and Sasha again in the story.\u00a0 Reliving the drinking scene was hilarious even from a new POV.\u00a0 However, meeting Trevor was a blast.\u00a0 His lunch with Cash was a fun read.<\/p>\n
