I received this book from the author for an honest review.<\/p>\n

Oh man.\u00a0 I admit I took this ARC not really knowing much except for its dark romance.\u00a0 LOL\u00a0 I like Measha\u2019s stories so I was ready.<\/p>\n

This book was EVERYTHING I could have wanted in a dark romance.\u00a0 I mean Zack was *Chef\u2019s kiss* dark and delicious.\u00a0 He sees Harley while on a job but had to get to know her.\u00a0 Know her he does *snickers*.<\/p>\n

Harley\u2019s life is awful. She has a sister who was murdered, and the town pretty much hates her for the loss of her sister and not her.\u00a0 Wild town but that is the small-town dynamic right?\u00a0 Everyone knows your business and has a say in it.<\/p>\n

Harley finally feels free but mostly SAFE in the arms of Zack.\u00a0 The two tumble down the story of her kidnapping and sister\u2019s murder.\u00a0 It was WILD!!!\u00a0 I MEAN WILD!!!!\u00a0 I had no idea what was going to happen next, but each scene had me saying \u201cWHUUUUUU!!!!!!\u201d\u00a0 because Measha has the way of keeping you guessing while also busting your brain wide open with twists.<\/p>\n

I am so excited for this series.\u00a0 I cannot wait for book 2 based on the little bit we already know.\u00a0 Any dark romance lover and any Measha lover will need this book to complete their obsession with her writing.<\/p>\n
