Brecken might be Hadley\u2019s rescuer, but she’s the one who saves his soul<\/em>.<\/p>\n I received a copy of this book from the author for an honest review.<\/p>\n I so enjoyed this quick insta-love read, even though it is a quick read it is fast paced and pack full of hot alpha military male, suspense, a feisty female, and some hot sexy scenes.<\/p>\n Brecken Kane who is ex-military and now owns a security company is hired to save Hadley Gresham. Little does Hadley\u2019s father know when he shows Brecken a picture of Hadley Brecken decided then and there he was going to save her and she was going to be his.<\/p>\n Hadley knows she was kidnapped because of her father even though she thinks there is either no way her dad could save her or even forgot about her she still has fight in her. She is surprised when her savior does come for her one glance at Brecken and she is attracted. However, after having to hike miles in the jungle after being saved she soon realizes this is more than an attraction. \u00a0All I can say is the water fall scene was so HOT.<\/p>\n Rochelle Paige has such a way of dragging you into a story and making you want to turn the pages. This is a short story but it is not short on anything. It is packed with romance and suspense. I do wish it was longer only because I felt a connection to Brecken and Hadley and just wanted more. I am enjoying this series and cannot wait to see what\u2019s next.<\/p>\n I absolutely adore reading – always have and always will. My friends growing up used to tease me when I would trail after them, trying to read and walk at the same time.
