She’s fine with being on her own–until tech billionaire Derick takes her breath away.<\/p>\n Goodreads<\/a><\/p>\n Amazon<\/a><\/p>\n I received this book from the authors for an honest review.<\/p>\n This is a short, quick and sexy read from two of my favorite authors.\u00a0 They know how to write funny, snarky and sexy.\u00a0 Each and every book keeps me entertained and devouring the pages.\u00a0 I am just sad that Real Life got I the way and I had to wait 2 weeks to get this read!!\u00a0 I am going to warn you incase you didn\u2019t know\u2026this is a 3 part book\u2026AKA Cliffhanger so don\u2019t say I didn\u2019t warn you!!<\/p>\n Siobhan and Derick meet and its instant chemistry.\u00a0 Now a lot of times I am not a huge fan of insta-love but it works for me this book.\u00a0 Now again it has the cookie cutter type characters IE Siobhan is a starving artist and Derick is the playboy millionaire but it works!!\u00a0 The characters have chemistry and I could totally go with it.<\/p>\n There were times when I wanted to smack Siobhan upside the head because she was a bit flippant and I wasn\u2019t sure how she really felt about Derick. BUT they have a lot of laughter and steamy scenes and then the book finished and I was like NOO\u00a0 I was just really getting into to it!!<\/p>\n Elizabeth Hayley is actually “Elizabeth” and “Hayley,” two friends who love reading romance novels to obsessive levels. This mutual love prompted them to put their English degrees to good use by penning their own. The product is Pieces of Perfect<\/i>, their debut novel. They learned a ton about one another through the process, like how they clearly share a brain and have a persistent need to text each other constantly (much to their husbands’ chagrin).<\/span><\/p>\n They live with their husbands and kids in a suburb of Philadelphia. Thankfully, their children are still too young to read.<\/p>\n Elizabeth Hayley’s writing motto is best captured by the words of Patrick Dennis: “I always start with a clean piece of paper and a dirty mind.”<\/p>\n We split the time on Goodreads, so those of you who have been communicating with us get “pieces” of each of us.
