When and Why did you start to write?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

I’ve always toyed with the idea of being an author from a young age. My first story FINDING YOU was 3\/4 completed by the time I was 25. It sat in a computer file for close to 20 years before I finally dusted it off and modernized the story for publishing in 2015. This started a new career for me. I’m thrilled with the journey to date. <\/span><\/p>\n

What authors do you always read or suggest to others?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

I love authors who make me feel strong emotion: laughter, love, heartache. Some of my favorite for that are Jill Barnett, Cynthia St. Aubin, Julia Quinn, and a whole host of others. <\/span><\/p>\n

What is the most surprising thing you have found out with the writing process?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

How tough it is to get the word out about your books. Marketing is tough and don’t let anyone tell you differently. I have a great respect for anyone in the marketing field. <\/span><\/p>\n

What are you working on now?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

I have a few stories going at one time. I’m still creating novellas for the Stonebrooke series, and I have plans to create a few novels for the Holt series. <\/span><\/p>\n

When writing are you a pantser or plotter?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

I’m a total panster. The story hits me, and I have to get it typed immediately. I’ll be partially through, and the plot takes a major twist. I follow where it leads most times. <\/span><\/p>\n
