When an unexpected source rips through what they\u2019ve worked hard to maintain, only then do they realize the full potential of their love.<\/p>\n Goodreads<\/a><\/p>\n Amazon<\/p>\n 1 – Grit 4 – Numb\u00a0 I received a copy of this book for an honest review.<\/p>\n Max and Dale.\u00a0 Dale and Max.\u00a0 What a hot mess you two are!!\u00a0 OMG Like for realz.\u00a0 You two both need to go away and just eff each other until it\u2019s all fixed\u2026LOL<\/p>\n If the beginning prologue doesn\u2019t set the tone for this book and make you tear up, well you my friend are heartless\u2026lol\u2026.and maybe you and Tyler should date??!!\u00a0 EWWW Tyler..smh\u2026..<\/p>\n So as we all know Dale is a DB.\u00a0 He treated our girl horrible because he was freaked out about his feelings for her.\u00a0 Not a good excuse as his actions caused Max to lose the baby and in essence lose herself.<\/p>\n Max is a mess because she hates and loves Dale.\u00a0 She loves him because you can\u2019t stop what the heart wants but she hates him for being the cause of her miscarriage and loss of her daughter.\u00a0 She hates him for not waking up from his coma and loves him for allowing her a little peace in her life.<\/p>\n Dale wakes up and doesn\u2019t remember everything except he loves Max.\u00a0 He doesn\u2019t understand or remember everything that happened and it is making his crazy.\u00a0 Why won\u2019t she forgive him?\u00a0 What did he do that was so bad?<\/p>\n Our couple is pushing and pulling away and then crashing into each other so much in this book it becomes so toxic.<\/p>\n When the \u201cbad guys\u201d come into play again our couple has even more baggage to deal with because it strips Max and Dale bare.\u00a0 They must figure out what they want and what they need vs what is in the best interest for each other.\u00a0 Sometimes love just isn\u2019t enough even when you love with you whole heart!!<\/p>\n Dale and Max put us readers through it this book.\u00a0 If you are a fan of the series, you won\u2019t be shocked at the push and pull dynamic but then again you might be shocked at how sweet and tender Dale can be.\u00a0 It even knocked me for a loop.\u00a0 Much like Max, I needed him to be the a$$ we all knew not this tender man!<\/p>\n Max needs some counseling with Dr. Santos and a few happy pills to pull her head outta her butt but I loved her strength.\u00a0 She didn\u2019t go easily with Dale and fought it tooth and nail.<\/p>\n Last thoughts\u2026Coby is still my beating heart but that Stone guy\u2026.HRMMMMM..yeah him I am watching with a lot of interest!!<\/p>\n J.M.
