My band was about to step onto our first professional stage. We\u2019d more than earned our spot in the lineup. We had the talent and Dagger groomed our stage swagger. All that was left was to wow the socks off of the audience.

It should be easy, except I had major anxiety issues and it\u2019s frowned upon when lead singers collapse on stage from panic attacks. Another detail adding to my anxiety level, I recently fell in love with a man. Imagine that, a straight guy falling for a dude. It\u2019s the stuff stories are made of \u2013 and yet it\u2019s my life.

Rocktoberfest was supposed to be fun but our trip turned sour when my guy went AWOL. Now my concentration is shot and my is heart heavy thinking his absence might have more to do with him not wanting to be with me than missing the bus. One way or another, I had to give the performance of my career \u2013 regardless of what was going on inside my head or my heart.

Strung Tight is the 1st book in the multi-author Road To Rocktoberfest series. Each book can be read as a standalone, but why not stay and enjoy the whole show? If you like scorching tales of hot rock stars and the men who love them, then you\u2019ll adore the untamed musicians of Rocktoberfest!

I received a copy of this book from the author. This is my honest review.Fletcher is the lead singer for an up-and-coming band called Chaos. They’ve been playing at dive bars but now they are headed to a MUCH bigger venue and Fletcher’s nerves are through the roof.<\/span><\/p>\n


Dallas has a bit of a checkered past. Now he is working for his dad as a roadie. The 2 meet and become instant friends but its hard to deny there is a little more to their “relationship” than just being friends. The question is- are either of them actually willing to admit it?

Throughout the book the reader gets to know these 2 men; their strengths, weaknesses, fears, and desires. The book was oh-so-good and definitely bingeworthy. I really feel like I need a nice, long, cold shower to cool off from all the hotness within these pages. Oh. My! There is definitely no denying the chemistry between these 2 men.

This was my first read by this author but definitely not my last. I’m looking forward to getting my hands on more of her words. Strung Tight is book 1 in the Rocktoberfest series. A series by 7 different authors about 7 different bands on their way to Nevada for a music festival called Rocktoberfest. It definitely set the bar high for the next 6 books. With that being said, I cannot wait to dive into book 2<\/p>\n
