I was given this book by the author for an honest review.<\/p>\n

Mary said she was tipping her toes into horror, and I was like \u201cCool Boo I got you.\u201d\u00a0 Then I finally was able to read it and am like \u201cBoo you ok??\u201d<\/p>\n

So by that you should be ready for some stuff.\u00a0 This book was almost like the movie American Psycho in parts. Pearl is a psycho.\u00a0 LOL\u00a0 Wait who is Pearl you ask?\u00a0 Well, that is one of the many personalities that live in Opal\u2026sweet, kind, boring Opal.<\/p>\n

This book was pretty dark in spots and a little bit confusing initially until you understood the swapping of personalities in Opal\u2019s mind.\u00a0 I would have loved the backstory on WHY Opal is so messed up.\u00a0 I mean we know a smidge but nothing that would make her this messed up.<\/p>\n

The story was a quick but wild ride for me.<\/p>\n
