I received this book for an honest review<\/p>\n

I read a lot, and it’s not often I feel the need to talk back to a book, but this one got me to holler a little and<\/div>\n
my teen to look at me like I’m a crazy person lol.<\/div>\n
Ellie has memory loss from something that happened to her at boarding school that was so bad her mind<\/div>\n
won\u2019t let her remember. She hides the fact that she can\u2019t remember years of her life, and because of this<\/div>\n
some kids at school think that she\u2019s a bad person. Poor Ellie, I could tell something wasn’t exactly right,<\/div>\n
but the extent of what was going on was a big surprise. How far are people willing to go for perfection? In<\/div>\n
themselves? In their children? A long way, and it’s pretty scary sometimes. Ellie pays the price and then<\/div>\n
some for her parent\u2019s choices.<\/div>\n
The multiple POV are done very well, and they show the different motives that can drive someone to try to<\/div>\n
fix what’s wrong with themselves. This is only the second book that I’ve read with more than two POV<\/div>\n
that’s flowed well, and is not confusing. This being the better of the two. There is a bit of heavy making<\/div>\n
out at one point and some semi-nudity, but no explicit details.<\/div>\n
