He’s chaos–on and off the field…

For hotshot quarterback, Luke Finnegan, Love and Chaos are always intertwined, and when he decides he’s through with relationships, a blonde artist with pink streaks in her hair convinces him sometimes love is worth the madness.

Miley St. Claire doesn’t do relationships. She’s seen the chaos they cause for those around her and she wants no part of that drama, which is why taking Luke Finnegan up on his offer to be friends with benefits is her ideal non-relationship. Trouble is, when she gets to know Luke, she finds herself missing him when he’s not around and quickly realizes, to her absolute horror, she’s falling for the sexy quarterback.

AUTHOR’S NOTE: Chaos and Love is a stand-alone college football romance with a lot of sass and sexy times. No cliffhanger. No Cheating. There’s definitely a HEA.

Interconnected stand-alone series order:
Rebellious and Reckless (Friends-to-Lovers romance)
Chaos and Love (Secret Dating Pact romance)
Dangerous and Disastrous (Enemies-to-Lovers romance)

Review by Twinsie Melinda

I received a copy of this book from the author for an honest review.

So excited it’s Luke and Miley’s time. I loved Baker’s story but felt so bad for Luke he needs his HEA. I enjoyed the times we got to see Miley in Rebellious & Reckless. You do not have to read Baker’s book to enjoy Luke’s but it does have some back ground that’s nice to see first.

I was worried Luke would be the scorned football player but not at cell. He is great; Luke has a wonderful heart. He is more worried about those around him than most college aged guys. Luke is trying to piece back his family. After his mom passed his dad lost his mind and Luke lost not only his mom but his brother walked way from him and his dad.
Miley knows what she does and does not want. The wants to have from no strings attached. She saw firsthand what can happen to a family when one decides they no longer love the other. Miley is not willing to put her heart out there to get stomped on.

Miley and Luke are perfect for one another. But Miley has so many walls up and not willing to fall in love with anyone. Luke is determined to make this work and he feels he has enough love for both of them to wait until she realizes she is also in love with him. Only problem is there are people on the outside gunning to make sure they are not together then add Miley’s distrust issue and this could spell disaster for these two.

Luke and Miley had so much chemistry. I felt so bad for Luke with all his efforts of wooing Miley and her rejection. There were twist and turns not all bad in this one that made a great book. Let’s talk Milo I’m so intrigued and want to know his story because I’m telling you there has got to be a great one there. Really who is Milo and what makes him tick other than wanting a three some.

A few of my favorites:

“That’s pretty bold to assume there will be a point in time when I’m comfortable when being called your girlfriend.”
“I’m confident,” I correct. “You like me and one once you see I’ll treat you right, you’ll fall in love with me and this whole I’m refusing to be your girlfriend thing will be a distant memory.”

“Anyone with eyes is going to know why I was first drawn to you, Miley. Your personality has been a complete bonus, which only makes me like you even more.”
