#WOTR #AttendingAuthor #PartofaSeries My Kinda Player (Summer Sisters 5) by Lacey Black

AJ Summer witnessed four of her sisters fall in love and settle down. But not her. She’s stuck in a rut, destined to spend the rest of her life watching from the dugout, kissing frogs. Then one night, she meets a mysterious stranger, who makes her feel alive and realize she’s not as broken as she thought–until she wakes up alone.

Sawyer Randall lost everything in a split-second when a game-winning play resulted in a career-ending injury. Looking for a fresh start, he settles into the cozy beach town of Jupiter Bay. A chance meeting with a gorgeous woman leaves him restless and anxious for something he swore he’d never want again–love.

But sometimes Prince Charming isn’t who he seems. What happens when circumstances are misleading? Will their love be strong enough to see them through unscathed? Or will AJ be played by the player?

I bought this book and this my honest opinion

one night at the bar the girls favorite band was playing their last hooray. when Aj spots a hottie across the bar someone she never seen before in town so with a little too much liquid courage she seen he was heading her way, and she was going to go home with him. well once they get back to his hotel they have a hot passionate kiss she emptied her stomach out on the ground. they never thought they would see each other again, until they found themself sitting next to each other in the teachers lounge at school and that they were now co workers. Also he is a former MLB player. will these two get a homerun or will their past and an ex wife keep striking them out while swinging for the fences. omg there was so much that happens to this amazing family babies. marriage and lot more gifts from grandma and grandpa. also my favorite officer Maddox Jackson makes an appearance which makes me super happy.

Avid reader, writer, mother, and wife! I love to read contemporary romance. Add in a little “spice” or hot guys in uniform pants, and I’m a happy woman. There’s just something about diving into a book and engrossing in the magic of your hero and heroine getting their happily ever after.
