My name is Tenise and I live in Central Illinois with my wife and 3 fur babies; 2 dogs and 1 cat. I am a mom to 5 and a grandma (aka Sugee) to 3. From mid August- May you can find me in the kitchen of a local middle school cooking breakfast and lunch for our 5th-8th graders. When I’m not cooking for the kiddos you will usually find me at home; cooking, crafting, reading, blogging, or watching some sort of reality or murder shows with my wife.
How long have you been blogging?
I’ve been with Twinsie Talk for a little over two years now.
What are your favorite genres?
My most favorite is basically anything M/M. Followed closely by psychological thrillers and mystery/suspense.
Who are some of your favorite authors?
A.D Ellis writes binge worthy M/M stories that leave you begging for more.
JM Walker! Her males are possessive and protective. All of the females can hold their own. And every single storyline is seriously addictive af!
Pepper winters is my go to when I need something dark that is bound to leave me questioning my morals.
Do you prefer to read standalones or series?
Novellas or long books?
It doesn’t matter to me either way. I’ve noticed I do tend to read a lot of interconnected stand-alones. I prefer longer books to novellas though.
On a typical day, how much time do you spend reading?
Lately, maybe an hour. I’ve been in a bit of a reading funk for a while now.
Do you have a favorite character written? If so, who? And what makes them so special.
There are too many to mention. It’s impossible to have just one favorite.
