Thank you for hosting me Twinsies Talk Book Reviews! 

Tell us your name and then a bit about yourself. I’m Siera London and I write really sexy and emotional love stories. Heroes really do exist in Sieraland. Men who know what they want make my knees weak. I published my debut novel, Chasing Ava in 2015 and…twenty-two books later, I still love typing THE END. 

When you are writing, what are some go to’s that you need? i.e. Foods to eat, noise level, place to sit. Peace. Quiet. Pen, paper, and my laptop. For my latest release, Prime Ripped, I dictated most of the book. 

What or how would you describe the books you write? I write juicy stories about messy people who deserve love even if they don’t believe it’s possible. Family is important to my characters. Most of them will have one or more wacky relatives to battle with on the road to happily ever after. 

What author would you love to meet (Who is your unicorn author)?  Meet?! I want to eat dinner and then spend the night with Talia Hibbert, J.R. Ward, and Lee Child. Yeah, I’m that chick. 

When you are writing, do you have a consistent schedule where you write every day at the same time or are you a sit and go on different days to get it done kinda person? Ha, I wish! I write best at night, but life forces me to write during the day (when I’m home alone). 

What is your favorite memory so far as an author? Receiving my first reader review for Chasing Ava. Logan and Ava’s story belonged solely to me for eighteen months before I hit publish. I feel in love with them before their story was written. When I received that first review, I knew someone else loved them too. 

Do you have a book that is your most prized possession?  Hmm, I don’t think so. Each book is a diamond, precious and beautiful, with a brilliance of its own.

I purchased the ebook and audio.  I listened and read.

O.M.G.!!  This series gets better and better with each couple.  I swear I have no clue who my favorite is!!!!  But Lord Almighty, I do love me some Jensen and Kate!!

This story pulled at my heart strings.  I mean a couple so in love and with dreams of a future together when everything is just ripped away.  Neither knew why and when we find out why….Ya’ll I will so mad…Like steaming mad!!!

The couple spend 12 years apart, each with different stories as to why they are no longer talking.  When Kate comes back to town, she is prepared to see the boy, now a man, who stole her heart and never gave it back.  However finding out she still owns his heart….DREAMY SIGHS ALLLLLL DAY LONG!!!

Jensen and Kate might have tried to move on with other people, but they never were happy without the other half of their heart. When Kate shows back up and is willing to open her heart back up to him AND his son, Just Max, he is lost in his feelings for her again.

The story is so complete with a mix of Auntie Emma, Uncle Orville, and the rest of the Greyson siblings…hey whats up with that look between Harper and Latham at the Fall Festival???  HRMMMMM But I am crazy excited for Samuel’s book.  Lord almight he is going to be a good read.  I can’t wait for him and his lady love.  The old stick in the mud is going to be a hot mess with that little fire cracker!!

Avid reader, writer, mother, and wife! I love to read contemporary romance. Add in a little “spice” or hot guys in uniform pants, and I’m a happy woman. There’s just something about diving into a book and engrossing in the magic of your hero and heroine getting their happily ever after.

I received this book for free from the author for an honest review.

Paranormal is my jam so when I saw Anna was starting a new series, I jumped at reading it.  I was like Horse shifters?  Huh?  Cowboys too?  HRMM  My interest was piqued.

When I opened the book and read where the concept came from, I was like OHHHH This was be a story with great imagery.  I was not let down by the image that Anna paints for us of the cabins, lodging, family style vacation Lily is having.

When the story starts, we know Lily is sad and hiding from life.  She slowly opens and we find out her story of loss and guilt over the loss of her husband.  We see Lily enjoying life at the ranch and embracing the lifestyle while also wondering If she will every return the city life.

Maverick/Mav/Rick is the grumpy but hot alpha cowboy on the ranch.  He slowly starts to spend time with Lily which the family is super excited about because Mav does not do people.  LOL  Remember he is a broody male.

We see Lily and Rick spending time together and forming deep connections.  We see Lily struggle to open to him and we see him fear for his secret.  He is falling in hard and deep for this feisty woman but he fears rejection at what he is.

When the story unfolds and everything is laid out on the table, Lily finds out a lot about herself and Rick.  She must make some decisions and face her past.

I so loved the story.  The family and their resolve to make sure everyone is taken care of.  The way the family opens to Lily and is hopeful for the relationship they can all see developing.  I am so excited for more in the series.  I think watching Keller fall might be the best since he was giving Rick so much of a hard time over Lily.

For 25 years, I’ve worked as a sports writer. I decided now was the time to pursue romance fiction as an author. I found a great group of RWA author friends who have helped me tremendously.
I get great support from my husband, and although they don’t know it, my three parrots and dog give me a huge boost everyday.

YES!!  Its Micha time!!  I serious fell so in love with Micha when he was giving Hailey and Max so much crap for not admitting their feelings for each other.  I couldn’t wait for his book.  The player needed to finally have his butt served up to him.  The player needed to settle down with just one woman!!  The player needed to admit his longing for love and his own family.  The player needed to just realize he is amazing and will make HER see him for what he is.

This story is a great 2nd chance love story about 2 high school sweethearts who found each other a little bit too early in life …..well for one of them anyway.  Micha met Savannah and knew she was going to be important to him.  Her sass and spirit made them fast friends but soon he was wanting a lot more.  When he finally got her to go out on a date with him, everything changed.  The two became inseparable.  As their young love grew, we soon learn that everything isn’t perfect for Savannah.

Savannah loved Micha but not enough.  She loves him but she is willing to walk away from him forever no matter what to pursue her dreams.  I think that made me question her motives a lot in the story.  When Savannah leaves Micha is destroyed.

When we fast forward to present day, Micha the Man-Whore is in full swing.  Its been 4 years and yet he still can’t let anyone in since Savannah devastated him.  When she walks back into his life, he is none to thrilled but at the same time he is kinda hopeful.  He is kinda hoping for more because she is back in town for ever but why?  Again, I kind of wondered about all of Savannahs motives for moving back to town.   She says it’s for one reason only, but she is super jealous to see Micha with another women, actually the one woman she hates more than anything on Earth!!

Micha and Savannah have a lot to figure out about her returning to town.  He soon realizes she is still THE ONE and she needs to open her heart because Micha is not going to let her go EVER.

4 STARS!

Micah and Savannah were high school sweethearts. Micah wanted to eventually spend forever with her but Savannah had other plans. Plans that didnt include Micah and this broke his heart.

Fast forward 5 years and Savannah has returned to town. Micah was never able to forget his first love. No matter how hard he tried, he never stopped loving her. But how does she feel about him? And why is she back in town after all this time?

This was a cute book about love and second chances. I just adored Micha. Savannah? I liked her, too. Although sometimes she really got on my nerves. Haha! I binge read this book and and will definitely miss all of the characters. It was a fun read.

I love this series!!!  I have been waiting for Decker’s book because he just kinda called to me in the last book.

Decker is a hard nut to crack. Given his history with love and loss you can totally understand why he fights his feelings for Nurse Emma.  He does not want to go through that again.  Emma is the sweet but sassy spitfire who will not be bossed around by Decker.  I love her fire and tenacity when it comes to telling this man what is what.

The story of Decker, Ace and Emma having a love triangle was something I didn’t see but then I wonder HRMMM About Ace and who his mate might be!!!?????  I am hoping he is the next book???  But maybe it is Mr. Mysterious Wolfe or even Shade.  Either way, I am down the read it!!

I loved the gifts that we soon learn Emma has.  I think that is one of the things I love about this story.  The women are just as essential as the men in solving the Red Plague.  The gits the women are given when they become mated are perfect for the male but for helping the survivors.  Emma’s gift was pretty cool plus I loved the addition of Jag to help Emma.

This series is always changing and throwing new twists in which make everything so much more insane in the post apocalypse world.

Unforgotten Family by Mary Martel

OMG this book.  Intense and full of twists but also with a delicious dish of hot lovin!!

If you are a fan of this series, you are going to be holding your breath like I did for huge chunks in this book.

There is so much to discuss.  The biggest part is the family we are learning about.  The aspect of family is so weaved in this book.  The coven family, the ragtag add on family we have fallen for, Mr. Cole, and lord help us…the Council.  There is bile in my throat and when you read you will understand why.

I am really excited to read more Raven and see him helping out our family when they are in need twice in this book.

But friends, this book…..man the bonds of Ariel and her boyfriends are really really realllllly stretched and almost break in this book.  I was devastated and so will you be.   Can I just say, I loved seeing Jules and Damien shine in this book.  I also loved seeing their “coupledom” shine.  Can I also say that I loved seeing Quinton realize sometimes your family can help take care of everyone and he doesn’t have to take that all on his shoulders.  Can I say, the twins……omfg…ya’ll.  Can I say Tyson is the best bestie you can have but also needed a nut punch.  Can I say Mr. Cole is not my friend anymore.  Can I say…..this book Ariel and her boys drew deep gouges and lines in the sand for the Council.  I kinda fear for the next book after the way Adrian left things with Ariel!!!!

The chains chafed my wrists, making me wish I was still in my cage. Though it lacked privacy at least I had a bed and wasn’t restrained with my arms above my head. But I was in Domenico’s domain. WHAT!!!  YES!!  This book is hawt and sexy and hella good reads.

This book is what I love best about KI….sexy chemistry and amazing twists.

The fair tale for this book is Beauty and the Beast and it is a perfect reincarnation of the story.  Ari and Dom are so yummy to read.

Essentially your girl Ella/Ari is kidnapped by the cappo names Domenico.  His scarred face is what gives him the nickname the Beast or La Biesta. He is a take now, ask questions later kinda guy.  They two fight this crazy attraction all the while they are dealing with everything around them making them stop to figure things out.

I love this story.  I find I am really enjoying mafia stories more and more.  This story has soooo much happening but the manipulation and betrayals are the best part of the story because we really can feel what the characters are feeling as the story happening.

When I finished reading book 1, I jumped right into book 2.  But life has stopped me from finishing it right away.  LAWD, Can I saw first up…the audio voices are A-MAZ-BALLS.  I love love love them. So if audio is your jam, shut up and buy it.  However Harper and Latham….seriously enemies to lovers….BEST READ!!!  These two are so stubborn and so in love *sigh*

Alright so we met Harper in book 1 and love her sassy spirit. We know she is a bit heartbroken over her ex but she is still looking for her special someone.  She is a single lady and ready to mingle.  Her best friend Free is an amazing bestie who will definitely help her bury any bodies as a good bestie should.  Her ugly puppy Snuggles AKA Killer is the best companion and perfect at helping to steal Latham’s heart.

Latham returns home from the military and is taking over the family business next door to Harper.  When his dad sends him over to help her, he starts planning on making her his along with planning to make her miserable but only in the best way.

We have seen a glimpse into something that happened when they were in high school but until late in the book we aren’t really sure what happened….and it’s a doozie friends!!

Those two have sizzling chemistry and SWEET BABY JESUS the pranks they pull on each other….STAHHHP!!!  The best!!  We see them both opening up buuuuut they are both also keeping secrets.  They both know the other is bidding on the same piece of property to expand their businesses.

When the hearts start to get tangled and the L word is about to be spoken, the bidding war winner is revealed.  Hearts are broken and misunderstandings happen.  However, I LOVE what happens and hoe the end of the book is resolved.  I would be lying when I saw I can’t wait to read them more in the other books of the series.

Holy Mother….I cant even begin to discuss this story with you until I say BE READY!!

This story is about 2 girls who find themselves in a bad situation.  They are kidnapped and will be sold over and over and over.  Seems like bad luck until their circumstance change.  Yo.  It’s a crazy game changer that happens!!

Seriously, I don’t even know what to say in this review because I don’t want to give any of the twists away but DAYUM I was kicked off my arse.  I knew JM WAS twisted and yet I had no clue she was THIS twisted!!
