AHHHHHH OMG I sat and read this book in one afternoon. I was so dang excited to get this from Teresa, that when it came, I lost my ever loving mind. I stopped reading what I needed to read in order to read Adam.

When we last saw Adam, he was broken. His love Angel had met and married an older man who saved her from the traffickers. I mean how can she dump Adam like this. She KNEW he loved and cared for her yet she throws it all away for some other man who protected her?? GROWL!! Needless to say I am not a Angel fan. SO I was happy to see Adam decide to move on and let her go. His heart will always be hers but it is time to move on. I loved the person that Teresa sets Adam up with. It is a GREAT plot twist that I am not even gonna SAY or HINT too. You wanna know then people buy the book!! You aint getting a spoiler here…no way…no how.

So in other Warrior news, Jill is really mad about being seen naked by all the guys in the last book. She, Adam and Steve find out that they are under way to start “official” warrior training…cool right…wellllll maybe not so cool. They need a really high pass rating score to be a Warrior or they are booted from the program.
To make matters worse, Jill being a woman is a liability. Yeah Jill is not happy to hear that news. The new warrior in town also takes a shine to our Jilly-Bean much to the anger of our Dr. Hottie Slade.

Well the big plot in the book is Lana and her sister sending messaged from the grave to the Warriors. A big piece of news is passed to the guys from a bad person in their past warning of a new threat/war brewing. It will pit humans vs. vampires. This new bad person is a great set up for the next book…I can’t wait…..soooo Teresa we will be getting that like tomorrow right!!??

Alright if you read my reviews you know I like to ramble. I gotta start this review with a quick ramble. If you dont wanna read it then skip down to the next paragraph but if you do, then awesome and continue. OK Here goes my ramble….When I started reading I was a HUGE paranormal girl. I had 3 Vampire series that I would read and had on autobuy. Well one of the series fell apart which made me sad but the other 2 have stayed strong. SO I feel I am kinda critical of my first love: Vampire Paranormal. With that being said, I am over the moon excited by meeting the author of this series. It was at an indie author covention. We chatted briefly and I was stoked she sent me a book to review. I drank this series DOWN. I mean I am a HUGE, Gigantic fan of this series. Like I previously said, I am kinda critical of vampire series because the 2 I still read religiously are GOOD but this series is AMAZING!! I love the world, I love the characters. I just freaking LOVE IT!!!!

Ok so if you skipped the previous paragraph you are wanting to know about this book. If you read my ramble and gushing you REALLY wanna know about this book right??? So this is Sid’s book. Sid the smartass. Sid the jackass. Sid the player!! Well Sid meets his match in a feisty local cop named Lana. I have got to tell you I have loved each Warriors woman but Lana really got me from the go. I loved her spirit and she certainly gave Sidilious a hard time throughout the book. They have great chemistry and banter. I love character banter whether between love interests or just family dynamics. If you read this series you will appreciate how much laughing I did because Sid is a RIOT!! The one liners between him and Lana or him and the Warriors were spot on. My husband looked at me like I was nuts cracking up. He was like “your reading a vampire book and not a comedy?” I loved finally seeing the “private” side to Sid. His lack of family and the way Lana’s family adopted him….priceless. When he tells her he loves her and you know he has NEVER has someone to call HIS, made me tear up….huge crocodile tears people.

The side story of Dr. Hottie Mc Hott Stuff AKA Slade and Jill….Holy heck. I am dying. I mean WOW!! I cannot wait for their book and I swear to all that is holy it better be next because I cannot take any more waiting!! I NEED THEIR STORY LIKE TOMORROW!!! OMG and Adam and his search for his girl….breaking my heart already!!!! I mean to have your girl “sold” into a trafficking organization……pit of my stomach for him…….

The villains of this story. WOW! Teresa does a great job creating ‘bad guys” or people you hate. OMG Alice I wanna kick her in the ovaries!! And a certain bad guy is revealed and I remember saying “Shut the front door!! No WAY!!! ” Also the bad guys and their hold over Lana….ugh stressed out!!! Like I said, she can create some seriously bad bad guys!!!

Ok so I hope that my ramble and gushing over this series has made you wanna one click the book already!! Because if you like Vampire or even paranormal this is an amzing series for you!!!

WHAT DO YOU MEAN I HAVE TO WAIT!!! I AM SOOO NOT A PATIENT READER!! I WANT MORE LIKE NOOOOOOOW!

Ok so do you get the feeling I liked…er…scratch that…I LOVED this series? Well Good cuz I did. This book was an awesome addition to the series. It is Duncan’s story but it is also setting up for Sid’s book AND Slade’s (excuse me while I wipe my drool) future book.

So this story is a continuation of Book 2. Pam is missing and Duncan is lost…and a walking dead man *giggles at my pun* with out this woman. He has loved her for so long and feels awful for what he presumes she has gone through with the Ex-Kenny. When Pam finally shows up, we find out EXACTLY what Kenny was doing and boy oh boy was it a great shocker. I loved how totally out of character Duncan is whenever pam is around. This tough as, hard as nails, VC Warrior boss is a pile of mush at this woman…this half breed vampire. I loved that the minute he sees her he tells her straight up “You are mine and I will never leave you again.” Be still my beating heart. Well Pam has some big secrets that she spills to the guys about what Kenny has been up to. Now we see Kenny and boy oh boy is is a DB!!! Man, what a great BAD GUY!!!

I loved this book and how patient Duncan is with Pam and builds her shattered trust. He uses words but mainly his actions are the biggest assest in winning his girl….SWOOD and double THUD!!

Well lets get back to DB Kenny ok??? He has a traitor in the VC Warrior compound and they stir the pot and cause drama for MY WARRIOR Jared and his woman…GROWL!!!

Also poor half breed Jill has alot of reading time in this novel. She is such a sweetie and I love where I see her going in the series. She has been through so much but we never got to ‘see” her until this book. She prooves herself to be a great friend AND possible love interest?? HRMMMMM

Slade…again wipes the drool…do I need to say more….hot ,smart and alpha…donezo…check please!!! LOL

Like I said before, this book has alot going on and it sets up for a great story line/plot for the next book. Human trafficking of human girls………so if you like Vampires, and you like alpha males and you like a great story with twists and turns….you will not be let down!!!

I am in LOVE!!! Let me repeat this…I am in LOVE!!!! I am a huge Paranormal Vamp lover and this series is everything I want/need. The guys are alpha in a bug way. The girls are feisty. The bad guys are bad. The plot twists are TWISTED.

I met Jared in Damons book and instant *Swooning* happened. Don;t get me wrong i loved Damon but something about cocky, arrogant, flirty, teasing, all around good guy Jared made my hear kinda beat a but faster.

So this book starts with Jared questioning a bad guy from book 1. When outta nowhere a fiery redhead and her brother break into the WARRIOR COMPOUND, tie him up and take his prisoner. Jared is instantly attracted to the girl. They track her and her HALF-BREED bother down…yes people this is a new development for the Warriors that someone is MAKING half breeds…..and take back the prisoner. Well the half-breeds and the Warrios begin to work together. Jared finds himself watching the redhead because she gives him back all the crap and attitude he throw at everyone else and he LIKES IT!!! The couple begin to admit their feelings and fears over being in a relationship because he has NEVER been in one and she has had nothing but terrible ones. I loved how open Jared was and how he would accept her challenging him. Her challenges often opened his eyes to so situations that were so new to him….like feeding from an ex-bootie call…not a good decision Jared…….

If you enjoyed the first book of the series , I gotta tell you this one is way better. The plot was thick and does an awesome job setting up for book 3. I am totally downloading it right this second to get it started. The bad guy was kinda shocker especially since you dont see it coming. The good guys are having some major betrayal and it is seriously undermining their abilities to work with the human police and instill faith in the human population.

Anyway, I loved this book and am sooo excited that I met this author. I just cant stop grinning about these books!!!! AMAZING!!!!

I was given this book by the author for an honest review.

Wow, Ok so this book was a big departure from what we expect with this series.  I admit it started pretty dark and had dark themes through the first few chapters.  I admit I was a bit shocked the series went so dark because one of the things I love about this series is the light-hearted nature and love elements of it.  There are dark elements like when we deal with Lilly and the fighting Faelan and Rytsar had in Russia but this…this was a lot to take in.  So I guess be ready for dark and heavy in the first few chapters.

The rest of the book is dealing with the aftermath of the abuse and horror we witnessed in the beginning chapters.  I loved the way Sir helps Brie but also invites her friends to also help her recover from what happened.  I admit I am really hoping for what is to come with Mary and a possible story line.  I loved seeing Faelan again and healing himself.  Knowing how he and Thane are were plus the past with he and Brie added to the storyline.  Tono and Master Anderson are ALWAYS welcome especially seeing the story line ARC for Master Anderson and Shay.

I am curious what will happen in the next book for sure and to see what Asher has to say at the end of the book.

This was a bit rough for me in the beginning because it was a lot darker than anything I have read of Red’s. I enjoy the loving supporting family style I am used to with this series and the first few chapters was a bit of a shock.  As the story when one I started to enjoy where it was going.

Brie endured a lot in the beginning of the book. Sir and Brie’s friends and family do what they can to support her and help her overcome what happened.  We get to see most of the Doms and see how their skills help Brie.  I do love seeing all the characters and their families. Sir shows so much compassion and understanding throughout this story.  I liked that we got to see a lighter side of Sir when he and Master Anderson get together.  It makes my heart happy to see Faelan and how he is doing.

This story took me on a path I didn’t think I was ready for but to see how Brie was able to endure and overcome everything will everyone’s help was heartwarming.  No matter what horrors occur this family always supports and all end up stronger for it. They all truly join together to help each other out no matter who it is that needs help or what needs to do to help them through their ordeal. I am intrigued to see where the next story takes us.

I purchased this audio book.

The narration provided by Virginia Rose was great.  She did a wonderful job varying the voices and giving emotion to the characters.  A bad audio voice can ruin a book so fast, but she did a fantastic job!!  I was totally engaged and hooked by how she told the story.

Here we go with my long-winded story…lol…if you read my reviews you are used to this.  I met Anna at a book signing but she was also lined up to attend my signing.  I like to read something from each author, and this was the perfect time to grab her plus get her opinion.  Now I like military but my bestie LOVES military so I knew buying her a book would be a great gift idea.  After talking to Anna and hearing her say Audio…my dog ears perked up at that comment….this was the series I picked for me.  LOL

This is the spin off series from the alpha series but I didn’t feel lost or like I missed anything at all.  The characters are all introduced, and I would have thought this was just a regular series had Anna not told me it was series two.  So anyone who likes to stay in “True order” you are ok to start here.

Nate and his fellow RISC team at hanging out having a beer and razzing each other like single dudes do.  When Gracelynn steps out on the patio his whole body is on high alert.  He must meet her.  He ends up scoring a secret date with her on the guise of planning a bachelor/bachelorette party together.  The chemistry between the two is off the charts but his military buddy and her sister are like NOPE.  You are a dirty dawg!!  Stay the EFF AWAY from Gracie!!  Of course, he listens…bahahha nope.  Gracie, of course listens BAHAHAHA nope. The couple begin a slow dance and the steam is off the charts.  When things change and Gracie has to go undercover with Nate as her “Handler” everything gets blurred REAL quick for the two.

The story of why and who is after Gracie was a good one.  I enjoyed all the god guy/bad guy stuff and how the team was working together to stop the terrorist.  I will say I giggled at the villains voice in the audio because it totally is the perfect villain voice!!

Now I will say there were a couple times I did eye roll at the “women are helpless” but then just let it go because hey its not my book.  But yeah, once or twice I was like REALLY Girl???  All in all, I loved the book and can’t wait to download book two audio.

I was given this book by the author for an honest review.

Man of course I start my reviews for Teresa this way but if you are not a fan of the series and you like Paranormal, you need to be!!  This book I admit/I was looking forward too.  The love dynamics between Sid and Lana are amazing  These two are two peas in a pod when it comes to protecting those they love and protect.

So this book we get to meet Lana’s old team again and learn a lot more about what she would do and had done to protect the citizens on the town.  She is one bad ass chick.  Sid, of course being the alpha male, was having a hard time accepting his wife is a bad ass.  He forgot the love he had for her when the first started working together as VC.  I admit, Lana has become a quiet side character in the series, but she is BACK. The feisty detective is going to make people pay for what they are learning about as far as the explosion and threats to the Warriors.  This book made me laugh so much because hello Sid but the scene with Sid and Steve…BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA,,when you read you will know what I mean.

Can I say the new love interest blooming was making my heart feel all squishy!! But the hot mess between Charger and Raven….Man my heart was on the floor and people stomped on it.  Gah, these two need to figure shit out QUICK!!  But the mystery man and why Raven freaked out has me so excited for the next book!!  I. Cannot. Wait!!

Amelia, Niko, Miguel are a hot yummy story full of denial, love, acceptance, and full on brattiness.  LOL

When we first met Amelia, she was a mess. She had been bound and set to be sold in to trafficking.  She has been saved but still working on getting back to a more normal self.  She has become very close to Molly who was also with her in the cages.  When Molly gets lost in the jungle and Amelia also gets lost looking for her Niko and Miguel soon realize their change at happiness as a group will be lost.

Niko and Miguel had been “playing” together and both wanted more but were afraid of how they felt.  Miguel knew but Niko fought it.  When they both feel for Amelia, they have to confront their feelings for what the three could have.

Miguel was on board for having both.  Amelia was freaked out and full of her own trauma.  Niko was afraid to admit what he felt for them both.  The three have a lot of work and learning to communicate.  The guys also need to teach Amelia about the lifestyle they love. They need to get her motivated to want to try “things”.

There is a lot to this story between the growing love the group has, the magic being used, the bad dudes making an appearance, and of course people fighting the fates for what they love.  I loved the story and how this books moves the series ARC further. But Diego is still my baby daddy….sorry guys!! LOL

I received this book from the author for free for an honest review.

Lawd ya’ll when Cindy showed me the title for this book I was cracking up.  I couldn’t wait to read it.  When she asked if I wanted an ARC…legit I jumped.  I am so glad I did.  This book has so many amazing lines and scenes.  I was giggling on my chair on the deck.  I legit gave the “Why are you looking at me” stare to my husband when he was all “Lets do something.”  UHM NO Jules and Mason are making a PORN!  LOL

SO Jules and Mason lived together with a snot and Mason moved out long before Jules.  She was all kinds of a mess because on top of losing her housing she needs a job.  She is at the club whichis never does and is drinking.  She makes a fool of herself a couple times and thankfully Noah is there for them.  LOL  Jules and Mason reconnect and he offers her a room in his condo.  Ya know the one he has also ready paid for.  Well the comedy of what happens just needs to be read but needless to say Jules is not about t move in when…again …she has zero place to go.

Jules moves in and then Mason tells her is secret…ya know he does ALLFANS>>>GASP!!  I know right!!  SO after a quick chat he says he would love to scene with her for a cool $5K.  When a girl is down a girl needs to do some drastic measures.

SO Mason and Jules start to blur the line between roommates/dating couple/work mates.  They have some misunderstanding, jealousy, miscommunication, and of course a dash of “You trying to steal my girl”!!

The story was perfect. It was a great read and for sure I want a book on Mel and Noah.

Growing up an only child in rural Indiana Cindy grew to rely on her imagination for entertainment. Starting at a young age she would read books to her animals and started telling her stories to anyone that would listen.
