This is for an audible review.

This was my first Kennedy Layne and an audio review. I enjoyed listening to this one. I was pulled in and the narrator was wonderful. This had so many of my favorites Military, BDSM, suspense, and mystery.

Connor and Crest Security Agency is investigating a murder in the BDSM family when Connor is introduced to Lauren. Lauren owns her own business making custom jeweled toys for the BDSM community. Lauren knows how she deserves to be treated and doesn’t put up with crap. Connor is a dominate alpha male he is kind and caring but once he decides something is his he will protect it with his life. I love that Conner is caring and gentle when it comes to Lauren.

Between the chemistry that Conner and Lauren have and the mystery that was building in the story I so enjoyed listening to this and hatted to pause it at any time. The ending was a surprise I had no idea who the suspect was I was way off on that one. I am intrigued to learn about the other guys in this series. I will defiantly be reading more about these men.

I received this book from the author for an honest review.

Before you even begin to read Ivar and fall in lust…er….love with him you MUST read book 1in the series.  If not, there are parts of the story you will not understand but besides that, why would you skip out on a hot Viking story???

SO Ivar is feeling caged.  He is confused by his brothers need to wed the duchess when he can just take and claim.  Ivar doesn’t seem to think any woman will be able to tame his heart….but he hasn’t met feisty, stubborn, heard-headed Lady Emma yet!!

Lady Emma is not thrilled with her father going behind her back to betroth her to a beast of a man all to secure his lands from a Viking attack.  When the Vikings DO attack and kill her father, Emma is left to treaty with them. She is stunned that the duchess is actually talking about them kindly…how can that be?  They are beasts for sure.

The chemistry and the banter between the two is great.  Ivar wants to teach Emma a lesson for humiliating him but at the same time the thought of pushing her off on another burns his soul.  Emma wants to hate the Viking but the more she gets to know him and his lineage, the more her heart warms to him.

I am a huge fan of historical and this book made my heart so happy.  I loved how this story overlapped the first book and can’t wait for book 3.  The last Viking brother needs a HEA too right????

I saw this short story by Kim Jones and jumped in. I had a moment and didn’t realize it was part of a series I have not read yet. Well after reading this I will rectify that.  This was a quick read and I enjoyed every second of it.

Marty is asked to keep an eye on Maddie but knows it is hands off. Even though he has been attracted to her for a while can he keep his hands off her even when she is testing him every chance she gets.  She knows the hands off rule too but she enjoys the response she gets from him. Can he resist her and stay loyal to his club and brothers or is their temptation too much.

I absolutely loved Maddie he spunk and sass is wonderful. Although to know why she is just starting to let this side of herself out again I’m going to have to go back and read the start of the series to get her back story. I enjoyed seeing Marty hold back his feelings but the bar scene was great man he is going to have his hands full keeping an eye on Maddie. She is going to keep him on his toes and want to make him punish her in more than one way *wink* *wink*.

I am ready to read the rest of this story to find out where sit will go. The way Kim Jones tells a story you never know how it will end. So looking forward for more Maddie and Marty.

I sat and read this entire box set in a matter of a few days and love the fact that I could go from one book right on to the next. Let me tell you once I started it I could not set it down. I would read until my eyes shut and it was the first thing I picked up in the morning. The suspense of what the club was going though and the stories of all the guys and their women had me turning these pages so fast.

Each of these stories had their own WOW factor in Ravage Me Harlow is a badass that not only talks a big talk but would back it up with her fists no matter who it was even a brother. She rides her own bike and knows how to ride it *wink wink*. Cruz is the only one she would let subdue her. In Seduce Me Casey is the daughter of a fallen brother and Harlow’s BFF. She has had a thing for GT, Harlow’s brother, but GT has been HOT and Cold towards her. Never feeling like she belonged and was a burden she packed up and left.  However, when things go bad Casey is pulled back home and things heat up between GT and Casey.  Consume Me is about Blaze, a dancer at X, who is hiding from her past meets up with Tug. These two were great Blaze determined to keep her past a secret and never let a man in and Tug determined to make Blaze his was off the charts. The chemistry between Blaze and Tug was blazing HOT. Satisfy Me is a valentine’s day novella telling three separate stories about Tug/Blaze, Cruz/Princess, and GT/Angle’s account of the day from each couples POV. I Loved being able to catch up with each couple. All I can say is each of the ladies had a special day and surprise planned for each of their men. Although some of the guys outdid themselves remembering the day the ones that didn’t or don’t like to celebrate ended up doing a great job doing something nice for their woman.  I loved Ma’s tradition for GT and Harlow and the fact that she expanded the tradition was heartwarming. Rattle Me is about Casey and GT. I so enjoyed seeing more of their story I was in tears a few times during this one but to see how their family rallied behind them and supported them was amazing. What GT does for Casey had my eyes watering and my heart fluttering.

The women are all strong, sassy, fighters and survivors. None of them back down or give up they are loyal to the club and their men. I was not only hooked on the stories between each couple but the suspense of the club issues had me turning these pages. I cannot wait for more of this series.

I’m a mom and a wife who works full time. I have a huge obsession with collecting paperbacks and reading. Becoming an author, wasn’t exactly what I set out to do, it just happened. I needed something to help me get rid of the feeling of being ‘just a mom’ or ‘just a wife’ that was consuming me and writing became that outlet. My book(s) cover some tough issues which are hard for some readers to digest. I am grateful for every single one of you who read my books.
