Fight-or-flight has never been a question for feisty Boston physical therapist Rylie Hemmons, until she met the man whose touch made her reconsider everything she’d worked so hard to create.
When Rylie takes on new patient Mitch Camden after his ski-accident, she is overwhelmed by a physical attraction she’s never before experienced.
Conflicted over her desire for Mitch and maintaining her professional oath, she works to keep the personal boundaries, just as Mitch is equally determined to close the distance.
At the risk of jeopardizing her career and reputation, Rylie is forced to make a life-altering decision that may have her running from what she needs most.

Raised by her father, Rylie enjoyed football which kept the sibling rivalry going with her brother. Rylie knew her shit when it came to football. When she was attacked, she struck back by becoming physical capable of putting any future attacker in his place. The fallout was sexual frustration. Who wouldn’t fear other men no matter how strong and independent you were?
Overhearing Mitch and Jack talking football, Rylie couldn’t resist jumping into the conversation. Hell ya – you go girl!! Slam dunk – the win to Rylie! Mitch was thinking hot damn! Rylie’s radar didn’t blip much but damn Mitch’s “stick” was awoken. He was a man on a mission.
Can you believe Riley’s best friend, sexually promiscuous, and boss lady sent her to Miami for a week with Mitch to be his physical therapist? Money talks baby. And how long do you think the platonic trip lasted. Fancy yacht – bucks ‘ money – beautiful scenary – hot man – sexy lady…. HAHA. Not long and it was not a whim wham thank you ma’am.
Of course Rylie and Mitch end up together but not before the expected misunderstanding jumps in their way. I loved their banter as their relationship grew.
I look forward to reading the next in the series. Kudos Sierra!
Sierra Hill wrote her first full-length romance after a corporate acquisition led her to a stint of unemployment, offering her some quality writing time.
She loves writing about the fictional characters that live in her brain who constantly shout for their own love story to be told.
Sierra resides in the Pacific Northwest with her husband of twenty years and her long-haired, German Shepherd. She is currently working on her next book.
Thanks for reading and reviewing her books. Keep the passion alive!
