I’m also a sports reporter. I live in Central Indiana with my husband, three parrots and two dogs. We’ve had 11 foreign exchange students and have visited some of their countries,Norway, Denmark, Switzerland. Hoping to visit the one in Italy and Argentina
When you are writing, what are some go to’s that you needs? IE Foods to eat, noise level, place to sit.
I listen to to 70s station on my cable tv or classic country or Latin pop. My dogs lay at my feet, and I need iced tea to drink. Can’t stand a quiet room. I have to have noise. I have my office but sometimes I’ll sit on the couch with my laptop
What are you favorite things about attending signings?
I love talking with readers whether they’ve read my book or not. It’s so interesting. Also, the after parties are a blast

When you are writing, do you have a consistent schedule where you write every day at the same time or are you a sit and go on different days to get it done kinda person?
Because of my job, I don’t have a consistent schedule but I do better writing between 10-4 in the day.
What is your favorite memory so far as an author?
When my husband and sister told me how proud they were of what I did
Do you have a book that is your most prized possession? What is it and why is it so amazing?
Savannah Heat by Kat Martin is the first autographed book I have. I met her while living in California. She encouraged me to go to a writers conference
