I think I may have just put another warrior at the top of my list next to Jax and Blaze. Really I’m a southern girl so when I hear cowboy hat, boots and horses well let’s just say I have been waiting for Ronan.  Plus I am a sucker for the quite mysterious guys.

Ronan is protective, patient and loyal. You see this in him throughout this book when he deals with the warriors, the trainees, his horses but mostly with Mira.  I have to say what Ronan does for Steve and Mira is a testament to his big heart. Ronan realizes Kira is his mate and he is determined to keep her safe no matter what. Can Ronan tame her need to run and keep everyone out of harms way? Kira is not one to sit around she is use to running and not getting anyone involved.  Especially now that she knows what powers she holds.

I enjoyed getting to know Ronan and Kira more. I also enjoyed seeing everyone else also. Well I could have done without Jared’s pouting. Let me tell you that was a whole new side to him and it did not look good on him. Steve well he is Steve and to see him with Mira was absolutely heartwarming. Let me tell you the warrior’s women are amazing they are strong and not ones to sit on the sidelines.  Man did they really jump into things in this book.  The twist ugh I never saw that coming and I so wanted to hurt someone and you will know exactly who when you read it.  With the twist it brings in some new players and I cannot wait to see what is going to happen next.

Fast and fun, “quickie” read! Sweet and snarky with the right amount of testosterone manipulation…..

So, I must say that I have never been a fan of the Bachelor or Bachelorette or whatever type of dating reality shows there are and such. However, a friend of mine just raves about this author and says you need to give this a try. I started reading it and am just getting started in the story when something occurred to me….I was actually hooked! I continued reading it, and reading it, and finished…..then had discuss this book ASAP because it ends on a cliffhanger. You will not know who goes home the first week. UGH! I NEED TO KNOW! You get a glimpse of who the men are and who Claire is but then there is the one on one time that they spend together. I started forming opinions and started to root for a couple of the guys *wags eyebrows*, but  I’ll let you form your own opinions, haha! Next thing you know after the dates some things are revealed and then I’m all like “I hate that guy” and “I really need this guy to win”. SMH! I don’t know how I got so wrapped up on this already but I need more! Ms. Jade C. Jamison, please bring on book 2 soon!

I received the book for my honest review.

We jump right into the coaxing of Tom to Jen to give him some relief from the blue balls he suffers from.  He’s trying to be patient and wait out the couple months left until Jen leaves her parent’s home.  Unbeknownst to Tom, Jen is yearning for satisfaction as much as Tom is.  I found myself thinking come on just do it already! HA!  Then I have to remember that the story involves young people (oops).  It’s a story line that as an adult, it can be very easily related to.

The Fence scene…..HOT, HOT, HOT!!… Whew.  Well written, in my opinion.  So glad that Tom got relief from his suffering.  Dang….to be on the receiving side – that’s where I want to be.   Being a novelette, I could and want to read how and what Tom does with his new found education and if he tries to keep the action continuing.  Also, when does Jen get some action herself?

Lusty Soul, or Lucy, is a simple Flemish girl with eclectic interests. She started writing erotica to vent her mind, and to improve her command of the English language. In her free time she’s an avid reader of horror and speculative fiction of such grand masters as Stephen King and Dan Simmons. Her musical tastes range from A to Z and everything in between. This book is complete blissful madness! SAM!!!!  I absolutely love his story. He is a big bad wolf with a super sweet side that no one really knows about….except for Henry!!! While hiding his true feelings from his family he is faced with a fight that he really has to get ready for. Leroy has brought on new partners for the promotions and they are all rubbing the Hallows the wrong way. In the meantime Sam continues to see Henry but is getting very frustrated as the fates won’t allow him to keep Henry forever as a mate. The tension is getting high because two of his other brothers have mated….now it is only a matter of time. But Dee comes into the picture and Boom! We have a trio of mates! Now to explain this to the family, lol! As the story unfolds we find that there is a lot more to Momma Hallow’s amulet and that there are others that are after it. Henry ends up having an evil magic in his blood that he and the brothers didn’t know about. There are more murders and they are getting closer and closer to home. Just when I didn’t think you could put another twist into the storyline the author does an amazing job of shoving one right in your face! This is truly an amazing series with LOTS of stuff going on so there is NEVER a dull moment. It’s an absolute page turner and I cannot wait to get into Josiah’s story next and find out about this magic that consumes Henry, and more about the amulet, and more about the vampires….what I am saying here is that there is so much more going on that going on to the next story right away is a must! I promise, you will love the Hallow brothers as much as I do!

I received this book from the publisher via NetGalley for an honest review.

I have not read the series that this book is a spin off for I guess I should say right off the start.  I have seen the other series and thought YES but it’s so deep in and I just don’t have the time to dedicate to starting a new series so when this happened I jumped.  I didn’t have any real trouble understanding storyline information from the other series.  I think the author did a great job explaining issues during the story for people like me to get was happening.  But I love paranormal so I can just kinda roll with it and go.  Some people might not be able to just go with it.

Essentially this book is about Elisa and the fact of her birth being so crazy and supernatural….see she is the only VAMPIRE child to be born and born with magic too….see why I love paranormal???!!

Connor and Elisa have a very complicated and sorted relationship to say the least.  They have great banter in the book and it made me laugh a bit.  They also have great chemistry which makes for fun reading too.  Connor and Elisa have to figure out about themselves and what they want when what they are starts to show.  This makes everything a bit more interesting.
