This book was down right hilarious when Leigh makes a decision that on summer break from her teaching job she was going to write a book after her favorite author kills off her beloved book boyfriend she decided to take it into her own hands and figures it can’t be that hard to write a book, so she needed to get her a writing desk small enough to fit in her tiny apartment.Seeing a local ad about a desk that is FREE Leigh jumped all over it and went straight to the address listed to pick up her new desk,but little does she know that it’s more then a desk. But this very desk has a history of its own and will send what she believes are just stories that she made up and bring them to her real life, so when her family and friends get involved she can’t help but try to help them out, but then things get turned upside down pretty quickly.
