Shut the front door. This book!! Ok so I was in a book group and we were all dying over a Reverse Harem we had read. SO of course, being the obsessive readers we are, we were then sharing other RH books. Well someone shared the cover for this book and then I had to know more. After checking it out on Goodreads, I messaged the author immediately. I promised my first born if I could read this book. I mean Reverse Harem…check. Paranormal….Double Check. Hilarious reads….Triple check!! Seriously when I read the acknowledgements I was cracking up and then her bio, I was a goner. My life goal is to be her new best friend!! LOL
Ok so this book starts you off with cracking up. Our vampire girl Lucy is being assaulted by her roommate with glitter and ping pong balls. Yes the first page and I was cracking up. This book is a slow set up for the other books because we are getting to know the characters and the world. Don’t worry thought because plenty of hilarious stuff happens to keep you entertained while you are being broken in to the world.
We meet Lucy’s bestie/Glitter assailant. We meet her “Werewolf with Benefits”. We meet her boss and a few clients. We also meet the STF Agent Hollis Grey….MMMMM….Hollis!! So Hollis is investigating a guy that Lucy tattooed. Seems the guys is bad news and Agent Grey needs our girls help in tracking him down.
The book flew and we learned a lot of about Lucy, her friends, her life and her loves. As the book is slowly winding down, our girl Lucy has a really bad night but it seems Agent Grey is there to help a girl out from her dilemma.
I am soooo flipping ready for installment #2.
