I received this book from the author for an honest review.

First up…WHAT THE EFFFFF!!!!  Ya’ll heed the trigger warning Imma lay at your feet…its crazy and takes you on a dark ride.  Its emotional as EFF so be ready and don’t even tell me you weren’t warned.

I liked the twist of the doctor and Alice.  I liked how messed up it was and how I was like DUDE I am messed up for liking this!! BUT YET I did!!  LOL

It was a little bit slow but I think it needs to be slow so when you are in the thick of it you are like HOW DID I GET HERE!!! Plus HOW CAN WE GET OUT!!!!  Ya know.  It needs to set up slow and make you edgy.  You need the slow burn for the whole cat and mouse of it to start.  Lord when it starts you will a mess of anxiety!!!  I know I was!!

Again, I am going to stress this book is not for everyone!!  We see Alice being physically abuse and drugged plus the emotional abuse is just intense.  So please don’t go into this book unless you are ok with it.  I like some dark books but this was a bit darker then I like to go.  However, I did enjoy it and am kinda worried about my mental status at this time!! LOL
