Fun, sassy, and quick read! Pepper is an insurance adjuster and she has just been told she needs to go to investigate an alien abduction claim. What the hell?! She thinks this is a hoax and believes she will be able to sweep this under the rug and get back home to a promotion. What she doesn’t expect is to find that her mark is the handsome bookstore owner, Orson. She is befriended by his grandfather, who has been abducted before too. She is invited to a meeting to discuss other “strange” happenings that could be alien related. As she spends more time in this small town and continues to run into Orson she can’t deny the pull between the two. This is such a funky, quick and quirky read that kept me smiling throughout the entire story. This is one that will keep you shaking your head with a wonderful HEA! Cute and Fun!!!
