When you are writing, what are some go to’s that you needs? IE Foods to eat, noise level, place to sit.

I am pretty much powered by caffeine and SOur Patch kids! And my soundtrack is cop procedurals (L&O, Chicago PD, SWAT, SEAL Team, NCIS: LA)

When you are writing, do you have a consistent schedule where you write every day at the same time or are you a sit and go on different days to get it done kinda person?

On Monday/Wednesday/Friday, I start about 5 pm and go until whenever. On Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday? ALL THE WORDS

What is your favorite memory so far as an author?

Getting emails from out of the blue, sharing their stories as to how relatable my books are.

Do you have a book that is your most prized possession? What is it and why is it so amazing?

The book that I most prize is a 17th century German translation of Robinson Crusoe.
