 I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader’s Copy of this book.

So, having read the other books from the Hell’s Harlem Series I thought that I knew what Catch was gonna be about.  Hot MC guy on guy action with some sort of killing mixed it, along with a few scenes of the guys in church. Catch had the hots from Greyson, was in love with Trey so of course finally he’s gonna get him a Hot MC Man of his own right, but I guess he could of found him a hot civilization too, either way it was time for the hotness that is Catch to find is HEA.

Boy did Walker totally freak my mind grapes with introducing Sara.  That’s right I said Sara, a female for the man that I thought was gonna give us some hot MM love.

Sara isn’t just any plain ole female, nope, nope, nope!!!    SHE’S HIS FREAKING FIRST LOVE THAT BROKE HIS HEART!!!!  Ummm, ok I’m calm sorry for the yelling, but dang Walker are you trying to give me a heart attack here???!!!!!

Walker takes us on a awesome journey to the past  to show us why Catch and Sara were no more, what happened to Sara since leaving Catch.  Sara’s life has not been a easy one and she’s trying to change that,  seeing Catch again isn’t something that she thought was gonna happen.  You can not have a story with a past love coming back with a present and hopefully a future and Walker gives us the present with Catch helping Sara and maybe a glimpse into the future, I’m gonna zip my lips on that one though you have to read it for yourself!!!

This was a free book I picked up after seeing the cover.

Anna lost her father and boyfriend she is also taking care of her mother. Between her mom and her schooling there is no time for much of anything. Anna gave up her dream job for another and stayed in Cookshallow to work on the archaeological site. Things were going great until a new ranger came to monitor the dig site. She has no interest in letting anyone else in so they can leaver her and crush her heart in the process.

Luke is the last of his clan but when archaeologist start digging in his cave he needed to stop anyone from finding his secret. He had to protect his land from others and didn’t need to distraction that Anna could bring. However, he just could not resist her. She was his mate and was going to be his. The chemistry between Anna and Luke was great. Seeing Anna get riled up by Luke just because he like to see her get mad and flustered was fun. I enjoyed this story line. There was a few twists and it kept my interest. I’m intrigued to find out what Calebs story is and what type of female is his mate.

Holy Hells Bells.  Right out from the gate I am going to say if you expect a twist from JM, then you will not be disappointed!!  The storyline for Catch and Cherry is memorable.

Catch *Sigh* We have seen him love so hard and so fast with a few people so I have been hurting for him to find his HEA.  He is just such a romantic character while spanking your ass at the same time that I loved him and all the sides of his persona.   Noe don’t go getting all Crazy…Tray is still my Baby Daddy but I loved Catch!!  Loved like a brother…Gesh Tray gets all kinds of testy!!

Cherry *deep breath* DUDE she is a mess and after hearing her story you GET IT!!  Anyone who survives what she has gone through is a survivor with serious battle wounds!!  She is complex, broken, and utterly in love with Catch which is frightening to her mind, body, and soul.

The 2nd chance love story is so sweet given how much of a romantic Catch is.  This bad boy biker will do anything for the only woman he has loved.  Cherry is completely at a loss for words finding the only man she has loved with her heart too.  The battle at the beginning of the story because they both have had so much happen to them in the 10-year absence was hard.  They both have their defenses up but they both see the other person who they initially loved still in THERE.

When the story unfolds and we find out everything….yup I was right with Catch on what he wanted to do but the compassion Cherry gives is commendable.  She is a much better person then I am!!  The epilogue was a perfect ending to their love story but the bonus epilogue has my heart saying HEEEEY!!!! *wink wink* look who is all grown up and shit!!

PS Lucas and Lily steal the show in their chapter and it makes my heart soooo excited for their book!!

I received this book from the author for an honest review.

I was so excited to read this book!!  I fell in absolute love with Rev and couldn’t wait to see what happened to him after the way the last book ended.  He is captured in a cell by the Council along with Claire.  She is some kinda special.  She is the last of her kind of shape shifters.

Claire is planning on escaping to get revenge on people that harmed her family.  Rev is all on board with the escape and revenge as well.  Rev does all he can to deny his attraction to Claire buuuut fails miserably.  His brooding male was funny to read along with Claire’s first experiences with Real Life.

The story and plot flow really well.  The chemistry between the two was written really well.  The story of Claire and her people were sad.  I loved Rev from the first time we met him in book 1 s I knew his book would be one I devoured.

I loved Nick and Mila so hard.  I loved the dynamic of the duo.  I loved the storyline.  I mean what isn’t to love about a man who is all in and all in for you???

I write on my couch (feet up, blanket on) and am addicted to Smart Food white cheddar popcorn. It’s a problem.

What are you favorite things about attending signings?

Meeting readers and talking about books! I’m a reader first and an author second, so I love being around other people who adore books and want to gush about their favorites. I end up with so many new books to read!

What author would you love to meet (Who is your unicorn author)?

Kelley Armstrong. Her Women Of The Otherworld series is why I write.

What author would you love to write with?

Kati WIlde. Her voice and style sucks me in. I’d love to pick her brain to elevate my own books.

What is your favorite memory so far as an author?

I was at a reader event in Texas, standing in line at a Starbucks in the hotel. We’re talking pajamas on, hoodie hiding my bedhead, non-brushed teeth moment. We’ve all been there, right? Anyway, I’m waiting patiently for my turn to order heaven in a cup when a reader screamed my name from across the lobby. Seriously–SCREAMED IT. I almost died, and then I cracked up because she must really pay attention to my social media to recognize me from so far away and without my “face” on. Next time I meet her, I hope to be more presentable. I’ll buy her a coffee.

Hailey: He owns the coffee shop, so I need to stop fantasizing that he comes here to see me. In fact, he’s never spoken to me other than to order his coffee. I just can’t get over the way he sits in the corner of the shop a couple times a week slowly sipping his hot, black coffee and staring at me with intent. Why? I don’t know. I should be concerned that he’s like a lion stalking his prey, but all I can think of is stalk me, please.

I hate when books say “If you like 50 Shades….” Buuuut this book reminded me of Bossy Christian.  No there isn’t any BDSM but the controlling and possessive, demamding Christian behavior is totally James.

James is legit a stalker who is obsessed with Hailey, his coffee shop employee.  She is oblivious to what he feels towards her, but she is totally infatuated by him too.

When James can’t take it anymore, he scoops in and rescues Hailey.  He offers her a new job not knowing that he has a lot more in store for her then just switching jobs.

I liked the story of the older, experienced man who takes over and does everything he can to capture the woman he is head over heels for.  Hailey is innocent but also feisty which was a fun read.

The story has some steam and makes for a great quick read for an afternoon.

C.M. Steele lives for writing what she likes to read. With over 60+ short stories and a couple actual novels, she is only just beginning. She is most definitely not for everyone, but she does love her readers. Working on improving her craft is a monumental task because she has the attention span of a gnat and the patience of a race car driver in Walmart (Absolutely none.)

I’m a contemporary/ new adult/ romantic suspense author. When I’m not writing, I’m working as a nanny for two year old identical twin girls. They keep me on my feet and give me great material for my books. I’m a mom to two teens who have me running to the dance studio and soccer field every week. I’ve been published since 2013, but have been writing for most of my life. I went to school to be a teacher, and did that until I became a mom. I’ve been with the WOTR group since the beginning, and look forward to this signing every year.

Where is your favorite place to write and what food must be present?

When I’m at home, I write in my office.

When I’m work, I write when the kiddos are napping and sit at the kitchen table. I usually have some sort of candy nearby, usually something gummy. Gummy bears are my favorite.

I love love love the paranormal world that Elis creates in all of her stories.  She makes me laugh and love each and every characer.

This book is about sweet human Madeline/Maddy who is crazy in love with the town mayor and bear shifter Jericho.  The history of the two is long and intertwined to the point that Jericho calls himself Maddy’s uncle…ewwwww.  However, when Maddy grows up Jericho no longer wants to her uncle but her lover because the fates have made her is mate.

Jericho needed to a good kick in the pants because he was being an idiot and I loved the naughty Fox who helped him see he was missing a good thing by denying is mate, Maddy.

Maddy has given up on Jericho and also started a side business that ….welll…..isn’t traditional but a girls gotta do what a girls gotta do right???

I loved the scene when Jericho finds out about Maddy’s little side business, but I really loved seeing Maddy stand up to Jericho’s enemy and let everyone know this little human is not so sweet after all!!

I so want to read the rest of the books in the series because all the characters cracked me up so I imagine their books are just as funny.
