Alright if you read my reviews you know I like to ramble. I gotta start this review with a quick ramble. If you dont wanna read it then skip down to the next paragraph but if you do, then awesome and continue. OK Here goes my ramble….When I started reading I was a HUGE paranormal girl. I had 3 Vampire series that I would read and had on autobuy. Well one of the series fell apart which made me sad but the other 2 have stayed strong. SO I feel I am kinda critical of my first love: Vampire Paranormal. With that being said, I am over the moon excited by meeting the author of this series. It was at an indie author covention. We chatted briefly and I was stoked she sent me a book to review. I drank this series DOWN. I mean I am a HUGE, Gigantic fan of this series. Like I previously said, I am kinda critical of vampire series because the 2 I still read religiously are GOOD but this series is AMAZING!! I love the world, I love the characters. I just freaking LOVE IT!!!!

Ok so if you skipped the previous paragraph you are wanting to know about this book. If you read my ramble and gushing you REALLY wanna know about this book right??? So this is Sid’s book. Sid the smartass. Sid the jackass. Sid the player!! Well Sid meets his match in a feisty local cop named Lana. I have got to tell you I have loved each Warriors woman but Lana really got me from the go. I loved her spirit and she certainly gave Sidilious a hard time throughout the book. They have great chemistry and banter. I love character banter whether between love interests or just family dynamics. If you read this series you will appreciate how much laughing I did because Sid is a RIOT!! The one liners between him and Lana or him and the Warriors were spot on. My husband looked at me like I was nuts cracking up. He was like “your reading a vampire book and not a comedy?” I loved finally seeing the “private” side to Sid. His lack of family and the way Lana’s family adopted him….priceless. When he tells her he loves her and you know he has NEVER has someone to call HIS, made me tear up….huge crocodile tears people.

The side story of Dr. Hottie Mc Hott Stuff AKA Slade and Jill….Holy heck. I am dying. I mean WOW!! I cannot wait for their book and I swear to all that is holy it better be next because I cannot take any more waiting!! I NEED THEIR STORY LIKE TOMORROW!!! OMG and Adam and his search for his girl….breaking my heart already!!!! I mean to have your girl “sold” into a trafficking organization……pit of my stomach for him…….

The villains of this story. WOW! Teresa does a great job creating ‘bad guys” or people you hate. OMG Alice I wanna kick her in the ovaries!! And a certain bad guy is revealed and I remember saying “Shut the front door!! No WAY!!! ” Also the bad guys and their hold over Lana….ugh stressed out!!! Like I said, she can create some seriously bad bad guys!!!

Ok so I hope that my ramble and gushing over this series has made you wanna one click the book already!! Because if you like Vampire or even paranormal this is an amzing series for you!!!

WHAT DO YOU MEAN I HAVE TO WAIT!!! I AM SOOO NOT A PATIENT READER!! I WANT MORE LIKE NOOOOOOOW!

Ok so do you get the feeling I liked…er…scratch that…I LOVED this series? Well Good cuz I did. This book was an awesome addition to the series. It is Duncan’s story but it is also setting up for Sid’s book AND Slade’s (excuse me while I wipe my drool) future book.

So this story is a continuation of Book 2. Pam is missing and Duncan is lost…and a walking dead man *giggles at my pun* with out this woman. He has loved her for so long and feels awful for what he presumes she has gone through with the Ex-Kenny. When Pam finally shows up, we find out EXACTLY what Kenny was doing and boy oh boy was it a great shocker. I loved how totally out of character Duncan is whenever pam is around. This tough as, hard as nails, VC Warrior boss is a pile of mush at this woman…this half breed vampire. I loved that the minute he sees her he tells her straight up “You are mine and I will never leave you again.” Be still my beating heart. Well Pam has some big secrets that she spills to the guys about what Kenny has been up to. Now we see Kenny and boy oh boy is is a DB!!! Man, what a great BAD GUY!!!

I loved this book and how patient Duncan is with Pam and builds her shattered trust. He uses words but mainly his actions are the biggest assest in winning his girl….SWOOD and double THUD!!

Well lets get back to DB Kenny ok??? He has a traitor in the VC Warrior compound and they stir the pot and cause drama for MY WARRIOR Jared and his woman…GROWL!!!

Also poor half breed Jill has alot of reading time in this novel. She is such a sweetie and I love where I see her going in the series. She has been through so much but we never got to ‘see” her until this book. She prooves herself to be a great friend AND possible love interest?? HRMMMMM

Slade…again wipes the drool…do I need to say more….hot ,smart and alpha…donezo…check please!!! LOL

Like I said before, this book has alot going on and it sets up for a great story line/plot for the next book. Human trafficking of human girls………so if you like Vampires, and you like alpha males and you like a great story with twists and turns….you will not be let down!!!

I am in LOVE!!! Let me repeat this…I am in LOVE!!!! I am a huge Paranormal Vamp lover and this series is everything I want/need. The guys are alpha in a bug way. The girls are feisty. The bad guys are bad. The plot twists are TWISTED.

I met Jared in Damons book and instant *Swooning* happened. Don;t get me wrong i loved Damon but something about cocky, arrogant, flirty, teasing, all around good guy Jared made my hear kinda beat a but faster.

So this book starts with Jared questioning a bad guy from book 1. When outta nowhere a fiery redhead and her brother break into the WARRIOR COMPOUND, tie him up and take his prisoner. Jared is instantly attracted to the girl. They track her and her HALF-BREED bother down…yes people this is a new development for the Warriors that someone is MAKING half breeds…..and take back the prisoner. Well the half-breeds and the Warrios begin to work together. Jared finds himself watching the redhead because she gives him back all the crap and attitude he throw at everyone else and he LIKES IT!!! The couple begin to admit their feelings and fears over being in a relationship because he has NEVER been in one and she has had nothing but terrible ones. I loved how open Jared was and how he would accept her challenging him. Her challenges often opened his eyes to so situations that were so new to him….like feeding from an ex-bootie call…not a good decision Jared…….

If you enjoyed the first book of the series , I gotta tell you this one is way better. The plot was thick and does an awesome job setting up for book 3. I am totally downloading it right this second to get it started. The bad guy was kinda shocker especially since you dont see it coming. The good guys are having some major betrayal and it is seriously undermining their abilities to work with the human police and instill faith in the human population.

Anyway, I loved this book and am sooo excited that I met this author. I just cant stop grinning about these books!!!! AMAZING!!!!

I purchased this audio book.

The narration provided by Virginia Rose was great.  She did a wonderful job varying the voices and giving emotion to the characters.  A bad audio voice can ruin a book so fast, but she did a fantastic job!!  I was totally engaged and hooked by how she told the story.

Here we go with my long-winded story…lol…if you read my reviews you are used to this.  I met Anna at a book signing but she was also lined up to attend my signing.  I like to read something from each author, and this was the perfect time to grab her plus get her opinion.  Now I like military but my bestie LOVES military so I knew buying her a book would be a great gift idea.  After talking to Anna and hearing her say Audio…my dog ears perked up at that comment….this was the series I picked for me.  LOL

This is the spin off series from the alpha series but I didn’t feel lost or like I missed anything at all.  The characters are all introduced, and I would have thought this was just a regular series had Anna not told me it was series two.  So anyone who likes to stay in “True order” you are ok to start here.

Nate and his fellow RISC team at hanging out having a beer and razzing each other like single dudes do.  When Gracelynn steps out on the patio his whole body is on high alert.  He must meet her.  He ends up scoring a secret date with her on the guise of planning a bachelor/bachelorette party together.  The chemistry between the two is off the charts but his military buddy and her sister are like NOPE.  You are a dirty dawg!!  Stay the EFF AWAY from Gracie!!  Of course, he listens…bahahha nope.  Gracie, of course listens BAHAHAHA nope. The couple begin a slow dance and the steam is off the charts.  When things change and Gracie has to go undercover with Nate as her “Handler” everything gets blurred REAL quick for the two.

The story of why and who is after Gracie was a good one.  I enjoyed all the god guy/bad guy stuff and how the team was working together to stop the terrorist.  I will say I giggled at the villains voice in the audio because it totally is the perfect villain voice!!

Now I will say there were a couple times I did eye roll at the “women are helpless” but then just let it go because hey its not my book.  But yeah, once or twice I was like REALLY Girl???  All in all, I loved the book and can’t wait to download book two audio.

OMG HACK!!!  Friends, I have been on #TeamBaldy since I was introduced to him in book 1 but after this book…uhm…wellll…Baldy might be getting sidelined *Gasp* I know I know!!!!

Thomas AKA Hack is Mr. Few Words and Mr. Always Club Business.  When he sees Hannah’s cry for help on the internet, he jumps to protect her from a marriage to her GREAT UNCLE who is like 70 years old.  EWWWWW

Hannah has grown up in a religious cult. She knew not everything was right but when your father is THE MAN how do you disrespect him??  She gets some help and makes a plea for help online.  When the MC shows up, she is scared as heck because hello they might have killed her family to save her plus…uhm…she is sheltered, and they are FREAKING BIKERS!!!

The attraction to each other is instant in a way.  But maybe its more a mutual respect then attraction initially now that I think about it.  He respects her for leaving everything she knows, and she respects him for his loyalty to friends and family.

As they bond and spend time together you can see their attraction build but he is freaking because she a virgin and 18.  She believes, thanks to her past, she is a demon and will ruin any life she decides to shack up with.

Seeing them explore everything from her desire for MORE in life like school, job. Family, and a college education while he explores the possibility of an Ol’ Lady and family.

I loved loved loved these two.  They were such an odd dynamic and yet they fit together perfectly.  But I admit, after listening to the opening scene/preview for Baldy…..Hack might get kicked to the curb again/  LOL

Michel Prince is an author who graduated with a bachelor degree in History and Political Science. Michel writes young adult and adult paranormal romance as well as contemporary romance.

With characters yelling “It’s my turn damn it!!!” She tries to explain to them that alas, she can only type a hundred and twenty words a minute and they will have wait their turn. I think I found my steel MC mountain charter guy. Yes that’s right I want Hack.

Hannah is 18 and in a religious cult. When she reaches out for help, she is about to be married off to her uncle who is old enough to be her grandfather. Hack sees Hannah’s post for help on the internet and he is determined to save her from this marriage and life.

Hannah and Hack live drastically different lives. Hannah is the pure religious girl and Hack is the biker and well his name says the rest. Somehow these two mesh together.

The steels are amazing people not only the guys but the females behind them. These ladies are strong and all have their own stories but the way they accept, support and encourage Hannah is heartwarming. They all encourage her to do what she wants not what she thinks is expected of her. Hannah has only known do what you’re told and no thinking for yourself. Now she is out and the world has opened up to her anything is possible.

Hack is my favorite so far Hannah even has a place in my heart I love this series and I cannot wait to read Lil’ Bit and Baldy.

I purchased this book and audio,

The narration of the story *Chef’s Kiss* was absolutely perfect.  Heather and Jeffrey brought the characters to life 110%.  I will be honest in that I LOVE Jeffrey’s audio and when I see his name, I am super excited.

I grabbed this book because R. L. Caulder will be attending a book signing I am going too. She has so many books to pick BUT this one had audio.  It was the winner.  I gotta admit chance is why I grabbed the book, but I am so addicted to Kira and her men.

I loved the fact this book was kinda a shifter’s version of Cinderella…I mean she is a gross human the Alpha and his wife, Maya, took in.  But once the Alpha’s mate was killed by daimoma, he blames her and is keeping her in misery to punish her.

Kira had only known happiness the few years she was with Jameson and his mother, Maya.  Once Maya was killed she was only bullied and teases horrible by all the wolves in the pack  Jameson and Sophia were the worst ones to her.  There was only one bright spot in her day. Milo always would protect her.  He has made it clear he has feelings for her, but she knows once the full moon hits when he turns 21 just like the rest of the pack, he will find his mate and forget her.  She guards her heart and hopes one day she can find happiness too.

The closer the pack comes to the next full moon, Kira notices Seth, Jameson’s bestie, looking at her like a pork chop.  She is angry that NOW he admits he has feelings.  Sorry Seth not happening.  Kira does as she is always expected to do when the full moon hits and everyone changes….even KIRA!!!???  Milo, Seth, AND Jameson all run to her because they feel the pull to their “Fated Mate”.  The wolves all see who for her she is but the men have issue except Milo.  Seth soon realizes he needs to listen to his wolf but Jameson…well he is a dick.  Mega dick who is so blinded with hatred for Kira.

Kira soon learns she is has the powers to save the shifters but a cliffy happens when she soon discovers what is happening and who is leading the daimoma.

I can’t wait to see what happens next!!!

*Purrrr* oh Marcus you sweet and delicious shifter you!!  I gotta tell ya Hunter stole my heart but you had me giving some sideways glances because something about you just made me go HRMMMM.  Seeing you finally get that sassy but quiet red head was a great story.

Roxy has lived a life of horror and she is happy and content living in the shifter town.  She is hiding out from her past and doesn’t have any hope or dreams for a future even if a certain alpha brother doesn’t catch her eye.

We have a lot going on in the book.  The town is rebuilding from the last books destruction plus new shifters are wanting to join the pack ANNND let’s not forget about Roxy’s past coming back all thanks to a jealous townie.  So yeah, a lot happens in this book.  Its uber fast paced but the story of Marcus and Roxy is super sweet and emotional.  Marcus’ devastated to learn about her past and his over protective side really kicks in high gear for his mate.  Roxy gains so much strength and courage that we see her transform from the frightened girl to a strong, determined woman!!!  I Loved the banter between the two once all the cards were laid out on the table as far as it being a “them” vs a “you and me”.

There are so many character lines still open and hope that we discover the truth about Devon? Taz? Leda??  Please don’t leave us hanging for long Teresa!!

Ok so there is no need to try and deny it. I am a shifter girl. I love paranormal and vampires are awesome but shifters….uhm…yeah…HAWT!!
So our girl Casey has had a hard life. She has bounced around and never had a home. She has one true friend, Jake, who cares for her now that she has aged outta the foster system. One night when Casey is going to visit him for some much-needed food, she gets a whiff of some strange men. Two of them scare her but one…well yeah…her gets her a little warm and fuzzy.
As Casey is dealing with some news about Mr. Tall Dark and Uberly Handsome, she is thrust into a crazy reality. She finds out that what she knows isn’t the truth and the truth is off the charts crazy!! Mr. Tall Dark and Handsome, Mack, is the Alpha’s son and he gets her girlie parts a tingling!!!
As her reality is starting to sink in, even more shifter reality is thrust in to her. She must pick a mate or her father who is not a nice man at all will come claim him for his pack. Good thing those girlie parts were already tingling and her shifter cat already claimed Mack as her mate.
The story line was different in what happens during the great war. The idea of co-mingling shifter species was also awesome. I haven’t read books with different shifters all living under one alpha before so I enjoyed a new spin on my favorite genre.

Mother to two boys, 3 four legged babies, and wife to a loving husband who doesn’t mind the extra voices in her head. Miranda grew up on a dairy farm in Illinois, but calls Portland, TN home now. So this was my first shark shifters book and it didn’t disappoint it was soooo good 4 sexy shark shifters how much better can that get.
