All her life, Lexi Summer has dreamed of one thing: to become a mother. As the youngest of six, she’s accustomed to the chaos and camaraderie that comes with a big family, which is why she has been anxious to get a jump on this next phase in her life. She thought she had it all: the perfect house, husband, and future. Until one secret rips it all apart.
Nothing in Linkin Stone’s life has been easy. Raised by a single mom, working two jobs, and helping with his much younger twin brothers which keep him on his toes. He busts his butt to right the wrong of someone from his past and keep the ones he loves safe. He doesn’t need anyone or anything. But that all changes the moment he meets his sexy, feisty neighbor, Lexi.
When fates collide, two people on separate paths suddenly find themselves traveling the same road. Could an easy friendship turn into something more? Or in the end, will their decision kinda create one big mess?

I bought this book and this my honest opinion
Little Lexi has always wanted a baby I mean it’s not too much to ask for right wrong her husband is more focused on his job then on what she’s wants. And she is feed up taking second fiddle to his job, its finally time one night after coming home she decided to pack her personal items, and leave her wedding ring on the counter for him to find in the morning. She’s determined to have a baby on her own no help from a man or so she thinks after moving into her sisters apartment she finds that the next door neighbor is fine as hell and well he’s just that stubborn and is bound determined to get not only under her skin but in her pants and her heart. there’s a few secrets between Lexi and Linkin that either aren’t sure how to tell the other. But will they get their happiness that they both deserve or will it tear them apart without a second glance. Ugh once again I fell in love with the couple but you just can’t help it each one is amazing in their own cute way. Also grandma and grandpa are still amazing and never ceased to amaze me at how much I can truly blush while reading plus note to self never take brownies from grandpa.
Avid reader, writer, mother, and wife! I love to read contemporary romance. Add in a little “spice” or hot guys in uniform pants, and I’m a happy woman. There’s just something about diving into a book and engrossing in the magic of your hero and heroine getting their happily ever after.
