When Max challenges Alexis to give him a chance, she can’t say no. A human like her has no business with this handsome alpha lion, but she can’t resist his magnetism. Their chemistry is primal, their connection positively animalistic. After all, once you go shifter, you never go back.

But when a rogue shifter group against interspecies dating targets Alexis, Max will stop at nothing to protect her. It’s more than his pride on the line; it’s his mate.

2: it was a freebie
Well I have to say I would have paid for it I enjoyed it so much!! I always love finding new shifters stories and this was great.
It had just the right about of funny to go along with the love story!!
And a story about a dating app!! How funny and up to date is that, since they’re all the rage.
Max is a lion shifter going against the grain with his beliefs that humans and shifters can find love.
Alexis is a journalist and is writing a story on the human/shifter dating app that Max has created.
He is instantly attracted to her and she is to him as well but is trying to fight it.
While a faction of the Lions against human/shifter relations try to get Alexis away from Max, he also has to deal with a meddling family.
For a first time story it was well written and I will definitely be loving for more from this author.
