#NewRelease #Revew #Shifter #EndOfSeries #TalonPack Forever Broken (Talon Pack Book 9) by Carrie Ann Ryan

In the finale to the award-winning Talon Pack series from NYT bestselling author Carrie Ann Ryan sets, the final Brentwood must find his mate as the war with the Aspens comes to a close.

Cheyenne Liles has watched all of her friends mate into the Talon Pack and have their lives changed forever, one by one. She’s stood back, helpless to assist in the war with a rival Pack. But just when she thinks her time with the Talons is over and believes she should move on with her human life, the Aspen Pack Alpha takes matters into his own hands, altering her fate far more than a single mate mark ever could.

Max Brentwood used to be the smiling one, the only Brentwood who was somehow able to save his soul during the last Alpha’s reign. But his life was irrevocably changed one fateful day on the battlefield, and he was never the same again. Suddenly, Max is forced to face his future and make a choice when Cheyenne comes into danger: let fate decide, or watch his world crumble around him.

The shifters of this world have fought demons, humans, and themselves. Now, it’s time to find out who they truly are as the war between the Packs ends, and the moon goddess finally takes a stand.

I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader’s Copy of this book.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again; I hate when a series I loves ends, but Carrie Ann Ryan knows how to end on a awesome note.

The Talon pack has been through so much since the start of the series and have only gotten stronger.

Max Brentwood is one member that has been through more than one person can possibly go through and stay sane.  He is the family member that was not blessed by the Moon Goddess with a high position of power in the pack and he was perfectly fine with that.  He was the happy brother/cousin after the hell that they went through as kids, however none he’s not so happy go lucky anymore.

Cheyenne Liles has learned that there is more than just humans in this world, it also has shifters and witches, crazy yes but she can handle it.  She has also watched has her three best friends find love in that supernatural world and as shifters and witches they will all have to watch her the human grow old and fade away and she doesn’t want that so she starts pulling away from them.

Omg, so much happens in this story and it all starts with a kidnapping and attempted murder and ends with a blessing from the Moon Goddess that changes things forever.

Max and Cheyenne have always been sort of drawn together, watching the others from across the room whenever they are together.

I totally love that Max, who has been through so much, found his mate in Cheyenne they totally make sense together.

Together they have to  do what they can do find a end to the psychotic Alpha of the Aspen pack Blade.

Ryan has done it once again, wrote a beautiful love story within a story that has a ending of old ways and the beginning of new.  That has a hint of danger, a touch of mystery, a lot of passion.

I am sad to see the end of the Brentwood family, glad to see that they finally get the happiness that they deserve, and so very pumped to know that we have not seen the last of the shifter world from the mind of Carrie Ann Ryan!!!!
