Each of the books in this series has been completely out of the box. In order to truly appreciate them you have to have some sort of an inappropriate sense of humor. I am proud to say that I have one of those! Each book, and this one is no exception, has had some sort of twisted, goriness with inappropriate humor that gets me in stitches every time. Death Threats comes right out of the gate giving you a WTF moment…and it is great! The continuous banter between Horace and Shepard is never ending but now we truly have a cast of great characters that all clash, can’t stand each other, but will fight to the end for each other. You know, it is what it is, and all that. I have to say that I am happy to see that Uriel and Bob have stuck around to get into shenanigans with the rest of the guys. And our new bad guy, ugh! He is truly wicked. Part of what I love about Shepard’s character is that he is always looking out for numero uno, but deep down he wants to do what’s right. He is going to grumble and complain about it the whole time. He is going to get under everyone’s skin while doing it. But it is totally worth it to see everyone else’s reactions. My love for this series increases with each book. Death Threats is one hell of a ride and I can’t wait to see what’s in store next!

I received an ARC from the author in exchange for an honest review. 

 

In a parallel world with Earth, Sierra is a Daughter of the Dark. She is not destined for love or any type of an HEA. However, she has always felt different and that she was meant for the Light. She tries to keep her friendships with the Lights but as life goes on it gets more difficult every day. But one day, she runs into a Light hottie named Horacio and can not stop thinking about him. All of her senses are on high alert. She is sent on a mission with Horacio and here is where the trouble starts. Both of them can’t deny their attraction and naturally, sparks fly! Here is where things really get messy. While both of them have always abided by the rules and did what they were supposed to do, something more sinister was going on and they were at the very root of it. When the twists start coming, they do not stop. Secrets are uncovered and then they really have to decide what is right and what is wrong…then decide if they go down that path. Now, this is a novella and is a quick read but the author did a great job putting a lot of action, sexy time, and snark into such a fast read. The ending had me completely shocked. I had no idea that it was going this way and that it would end right there. There were some areas where I wish there was more to the story or areas that could have been elaborated on, but then it wouldn’t be a novella. All in all, it was a great read that gives you a little bit of everything in a small action packed package.

Essie left her old life in the middle of the night and moved to Chicago never looking back. A year later her new job had her forced to go back to find out what was happening to all these female werewolves that kept going missing. So she found herself taking her gay best friend vampyre back to her hometown to kill these bad guys and try not to run into the alpha who also happens to be her ex. Will she be able to get the job done without any trouble or will she find herself in her exs bed before she leaves town again. This book was amazing so funny especially when you put a guy vampyre and an older granny wolf together its bound to be hilarious and it was definitely a great read.

This was a great short shifter story. All Malina wants to do is get invited to the annual shifter ball but the only issue is that she still hasn’t been able to shift everyone else in her family has and years after her 21st birthday she still hasn’t, but all of a sudden her invitation came and she couldn’t be more excited. Will she met someone who will understand her or will she stand in the corner and watch everyone else have fun. Somethings can change your whole life in just one night.

I bought this book and this is my honest opinion

Wow what a ending for this group. I don’t know if I can’t put the right words to form to say how amazing this one was it was the prefect ending. So here goes nothing, follow Kendall and her quad through the amazing way they see life and see how the navigate through it once they get married and have life throwing them curve balls while still be happier then ever. After a hot and very steamy honeymoon they have to get back to a normal life juggling jobs, other women flirting with her men and taking in a trouble teen who needs someone he can relate to. You will have tears in your eyes, laughing til you hurt and a lot of steamy stuff to get you all hot and bothered. Maverick, Teagan, Lucas, Grant and Kendall will forever hold a place in my heart.

Once again we are reunited with our favorite boys and pretty lady, things are going great they are in college all together and happier then ever. The quad are the starters on their college football team as freshman and Kendall couldn’t be prouder of her boys. She lives off campus and due to the freshmen rules the boys have to be in their dorms by curfew or else they aren’t able to play but on the weekends after the games they are all hers and she loves every minute of it. Well a lot of crazy things happen a ton of downs which put a major strain on this unique relationship can they overcome all of these obstacles that are put in their way or will it pull them apart forever. Omg I love these guys and I just can’t get over this amazing trilogy

I freaking loved this tight ball of sexual tension relationship. Corbin is bound to get under more then Palmer’s skin, he wants all of her and little does he know she wants him too just as much but she’ll never let him know that. When a horrible accident happens sending Corbin into a spiral of drugs, drinking and falling into a black hole, Palmer is the only one who can pull him out of it and bring him back. When her past has the key to bringing him back, but it’s the one secret she isn’t ready to let out of the vault yet. These two are amazing and I just loved them so much.

C.A. Harms is an avid romance and mystery reader. She’s always had a love for books, getting lost in writing and storytelling even as a young girl. She enjoys happy endings and HEA love stories.

She lives in Illinois and enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. Every relationship has its issues,  after always having a crush on each other since they were little and after a unforgettable night in Paris, Piper and Jaron. Once back home these two have a lot to figure out but the main thing is they are keeping Paris their secret something that no one can take away from them. Jaron and Piper will have to fight for everything they both know they want but know isnt good for either of them. This once again is a normal story yes it stirs up some emotions from the previous book but that isn’t going to be forgiven and J.M.  knows this just grab your tissues and let the tears flow for a minute and keep on reading. Your going to keep falling in love with these characters and this story.

This book! Just read it! It’s super adorable, funny as hell, and insanely hot! Being stood up on a first date, having a one night stand, and then finding out that this person is your doctor! OMG! The embarrassment alone, that both of the characters were feeling, had me dying! The universe has a funny way of bringing people together and Ava’s and Jason’s story is witty and cute and perfect. This was a short, quick read that will absolutely hold ALL of your attention until the pages are gone. Once you start the story, just finish it. The characters are perfect for each other and reading along while they are figuring each other out will keep you smiling the entire time. I cannot stress to you enough that you NEED to read Jason. It has a little bit of everything that gives you all the feel goods. Now, just read it!

I don’t even know how to form words for how much I loved this book. The Lovelly family has been in my heart for years and to see the last book have the end typed out hurts my heart I wasn’t ready to say goodbye but it was a great book for saying goodbye with. Ivy is the long lost sibling that has just found the Lovelly’s and at first she doesn’t want to leave her life now even though it’s not the perfect life it was her. Vincent grew up with a drug addicted step mother, has been in jail for anger issues, and is now trying to turn his life around and get custody of his 3 younger brothers from his step mom. One day he ran into a girl at the mall and ended up with Dr Pepper all over him and well you might say it was love at first sight once he looked into Ivy’s eye. This love story is one for the books it’s heartwarming, selfless and beautiful Ivy and Vincent are the prefect storm.
