This is the second book in the series. I wanted to know more about Indy after the first book. Let me tell you this book did not let me down.
Bea was Indy’s therapist when he was recovering from his injury. Bea was framed for the murder of her friend and fellow therapist. When Indy heard the news, he knew there was no way she could have killed anyone. Indy and the guys kidnap Bea from the hospital to give them time to prove her innocence.
I am enjoying seeing the Shadow Team working together with one another and the other series teams. I loved how Bea could see the real Indy and did everything she could to get him to see how amazing he is. I adore Bea she is such a sweetheart and the fact she likes to bake to relieve her stress makes me love her more. Watching Bea and Indy’s relationship change and grow was so wonderful. There is so much personality in this book between Bea, Indy and the team. I loved the banter between them all. There is suspense and action where I was trying to figure out who and why her friend was murdered throughout the book.
